They sent me the wrong size phone case, accused me of ordering the wrong size even though I provided email proof. Tried contacting them on 4 different occasions to get a refund.

Very low quality
I bought a leather rope for the mobile phone, and after less than 2 months it broke in half
They dont even reply to emails
I'm never gonna buy from them anymore

My case is amazing and beautiful, but the unexpected additional cost and being hit with a tariff should have been more clear I had to pay over $30 USD on top of the expensive price

After 4 weeks the case flowers were fading and coming off.
The Apple wristband damaged my cloth. I have asked for customer service through Instagram and 2x via e-mail.
For this price the quality is terrible and customer service is none existent.
Disappointing

I paid for my item and once shipped they said I needed to pay an additional $35 to receive it. They will not respond to emails or DM's via social media. I have not yet been provided a refund.

Honestly, for this price the quality is terrible. After just a few weeks, one case is already scratched and peeling, looks awful, made of some really cheap rubber. The other one, the clear case, has already turned yellow. The quality feels like something from Temu or Shein, so unfortunately it’s just not worth it. I’m really disappointed.

The phone case is very cute. It looked good for a week or two. Keep in mind I am very careful with my phone. I dont drop it very often nor do I put it on very dirty surfaces. But when I tell you this case gets TRASHED so quick, believe me. I got the yellow studed case and it is so dirty and the vegan foam leather gets cuts and scratches so quick. I already have to get a new one. And it will not be from Muk. I've had it for less than 4 weeks.

Buyer beware. After the huge cost of phone case alone then taxes when it was delivered UPS collected another $35 in tariff fees. Horrible to not inform people properly. Like in English !

I received a notification that my parcel was delivered 2 days ago but I still don’t get anything on my mail box. I tried to contact the carrier and the MUK team but no one replied to me yet. So far I just spend money on something I did not get. I am quite upset as I was looking forward to get my new IPhone case, and no one seems to consider that there has been an issue with this delivery.

I am beyond grateful and appreciative of how Muk handled a mistake. I received the wrong case in the states and was so sad because I was so excited for my custom case. Having ordered through IG, I was worried my message would be lost in the inbox of thousands of followers. Not only was their response timely, but they took accountability immediately and fixed the problem. I’m beyond grateful for their help and the excellent customer service (and product!) and will absolutely be ordering again!

Very disappointed, the design of this case is so cute. But for the price the quality is horrible. As soon as i got it the studs rattle(i got the red studded case btw) but i could get over that, some rattle no biggie. i have had this case for 3 months and you would think it had been 3 years. the faux leather tears and rips at any drop absolutely no protection not only that the area around the camera tore so quickly i can see the layer under the red. lastly the most disappointing part was the studs they have tuned a yucky brass color, i have tired polishing them but they go right back if the studs would not have tarnish i could of gotten over a few tears but the brass studs make my phone look so gross. Id assume this is from putting my phone in my pocket, but for a 60 dollar case i would assume they would be made out of stainless steel or something that does not rub off so quickly!

I placed an order with Muk and was very disappointed with the lack of transparency in their checkout process. Nowhere on the payment screen or in their FAQ did it state that I would be required to pay additional tariffs after purchase. After my order shipped, I was suddenly informed that I must either pay these unexpected fees or lose my items to UPS.

This is a shady business practice, as most reputable companies disclose these costs upfront or include them in the checkout process. Customers deserve to know the full price of their purchase before committing. I feel misled and frustrated, and I would not recommend ordering from Muk until they address this lack of honesty and transparency.
