Customer service was 5*
Customer service was 5* after I made a mistake in my order, couldn't have been more helpful, substituted the incorrect sized butterfly clasp for the right one. The strap is a lovely soft mid brown leather, however, the antique finish appears to be brush applied and somewhat heavy. Time will tell how this wears. As experienced previously, the holes for the spring bars at the strap ends were blocked with adhesive(?) and needed to be cleared with a long thin screwdriver. A simple check during manufacture would sort this out

Great site, fast shipping
The site was easily navigable with prices clearly stated with exceptional shipping terms offered. I was surprised that it really was 3 day service to the USA. I ordered on Tuesday had the watch on Thursday.

Receiving my watch was pure pleasure… I liked the luxury feel of the box and of course the amazing design of the watch itself… I have a somewhat small collection, my highlights are a Laco, a few nice Seiko:s and other like them… but none of them have put a smile as big as the Geckota did - what a beauty… I really like your designs so somewhere along the way I probably will buy another…

Links fell out of my new watch
Links fell out of my new watch. Was lucky not to lose watch. Contacted geckota to see if I could buy some new pins. Was told they couldn't help and I should go to a jeweller. Will not purchase geckota again.

I like the design very much but...
I like the design very much. However, after wearing the blue leather strap, it left the blue color on my wrist... which is quite disappointing. I hope they can have better quality.
