The Geberit toilet has given my wife her dignity back . I now don’t have the need to help her with her bathroom needs. The only thing we find it makes a clicking noise after the flush . We can’t find anyone to come a service the Geberit toilet.

I had an issue with the intrinsic quality of flush plate. I felt that I could repair it if the trim edges could be obtained as spares. After contacting customer support and providing a couple of photos, Geberit provided a no charge replacement of the complete unit. This was more than I expected when deciding to make contact. All I can say is excellent Customer support and thank you for going the ‘extra mile’.

Shocking. Technical support have no clue about their products. Spoke on the phone, no idea, sent email with pictures, 11 hours later and still no reply. Am I supposed to sit on the customers sofa all day waiting???

I bought a flat which had a Geberit cistern, seemingly put in as part of a recent, high quality bathroom refit. It started leaking. I removed board to access the cistern, took the top off, and just couldn’t believe what I was seeing. The mechanism is so flimsy it is like something out of a Christmas cracker.
The problem was a washer on the flush valve, which seems to have been unable to stand up to hard water (in London). The short-term solution is a new flush valve. They are not the quickest parts to source. It is now working but I don’t know what the life expectancy can be. There’s plenty of water scale on the intake valve - is that next?
I would prefer to replace the cistern with a standard one. The little problem is that the bathroom has been constructed around the small cistern size and changing it will lead to other jobs. At the moment I’m living with this cistern and just hoping it doesn’t let me down. As I type this I think replacement in a couple of years is inevitable. I doubt I can match wall tiles so potentially a big bathroom job, all because some idiot decided to fit an expensive but rubbish cistern.

Bought Geberit products for a bathroom and downstairs cloaks, this included vanity unit in the downstairs loo and vanity unit and low level side unit in the bathroom. Barely 4 years on the drawer below the sink has failed, turns out although it is designed for bathrooms it is not fit for purpose as it has seams which allow condensation and moisture to be absorbed which then burst the mdf and then swell and ripple the unit.
This is unbelievable- they are expensive units and cost a lot of money, a cost that I didn’t think I would be paying again for quite some time.
If Geberit wrapped the finish around the edges this would not happen.
Geberit have been contacted - customer service non existent- they have not even bothered replying to their stockist.
Avoid this company, do not give them your hard earned money. The units might look good quality but they are really not. They are not fit for purpose at all.

Have been waiting over a week for the company to come back to me to arrange a repair to my toilet which is leaking and the water of course she’s getting into electrics tripping my house out. The representative phoned me yesterday with an attitude of I couldn’t give a monkeys to tell me that oh an engineer will be in touch in 72 hoursso you’ll have to wait. Not a very good outcome. I’ve been waiting nearly over a week for that phone call would not recommend this company at all.

Can I just say that I eventually got an engineer out it took longer than the said time for an engineer to come out I paid £300 for an engineer to come out and fix a hose it took no more than about 15 mins to complete the job.
Please ask the tech team if they can take you through and it might save you a wee bit of money not 300 pounds

Shocking customer services and substandard products. We must have spent the best part of £4000 on Geberit products for 2 bathrooms. One of the items was a vanity unit. After 2.5 years it has started to absorb water. Customer services pretty much said we had cleaned it correctly and the 2 year warranty had expired. Also mention the the water was on the side of the basin which was our fault, err .... it's an under sink unit it should be waterproof. So we have a £716 unit which we will have to some how try and seal. Will never buy from them again.

We have 2 'Geberit WC Flush Control with Electronic Flush Actuation, Mains Operation' toilet systems in our café bar in Warwick. One of them developed an intermittent flushing fault recently, which I made worse by trying to fix it! I called my plumber of 20 years who said he hadn't got a clue how to fix it, so I called the Geberit sales office in Warwick for help. With us being a commercial cafe business toilets are especially important, so this was urgent. After a quick conversation with a very pleasant and helpful lady (sorry I didn't get your name) 20 minutes later their chief engineer turns up with a smile on his face and a big tool bag! 30 minutes later our toilet is fixed! Amazing! Apparently the problem was caused by incorrect initial installation, which clearly is nothing to do with Geberit, but their attitude to fixing someone else's mess was exemplary.
Dreadful customer service, rip disabled people off. Don't use them.

I have registered the complaint yesterday morning regarding the leakage issues, which is not at all a problem that takes 2 days and still not solved. I have been calling again and again, mentioning that it is urgent as we also have a pressure pump attached to the main pipe, which was constantly running due to the leakage issues and this created a high probability of fault in it as well. But all I got in reply was a set script from every executive that they have marked it as an emergency and someone will visit shortly. No one has came till now and the pressure pump has also gone off, surprisingly this happened today afternoon and the person from the pressure pump company was at my home in evening. The leakage issues not getting solved due to your inefficiency has added a 10,000 Rs additional expenditure of mine on pressure pump. Please don't sell your products if you can't provide after sales services.
