Deliberately provides very good service, products are priced reasonably and the store has exclusivity that attends to a more niche market within the country.

Website was not updated. I ordered from the website and paid in advance. They cancelled the order next day saying it is not in their stock. It took 5 days to get the refund.

Unique n authentic products

The type-C to type-C cable of my Moondrop Dawn Pro got a little messed up and I couldn't find a good replacement anywhere else. but Gears for Years had Fiio cables in stock. Really stoked that they kept such a niche product in stock and delivery process was also clean, though it was a little bit late, which I don't mind that much. I got my product delivered in 2 days, it was within Dhaka.

Customer service – somewhat okay.
But their pricing is really confusing.

I bought a studio headphone and asked if there was any discount or offer. They said - no.
However, after just six days, I saw the same headphones being sold with a 1500 Taka discount.

This shows that the person handling online customers has no proper idea about product pricing.

I recommend buying directly from their shop instead of ordering online.
