Good Customer Service

Supply of mechatroic sleeve for gearbox. Staff v.helpful in amending my delivery address after a mistake on my part with online form. Prompt delivery, well packaged.

The package was very well packed

The package was very well packed, I haven't changed the oil yet, but I am confident that it is good. shipping and customs are way too expensive, almost as expensive as the oil set. ( send to switzerland)

Thank you for your review and we are sorry to hear that you are not happy with our international shipping prices. Plus we have no involvement in the customs as these are because of Brexit and are set by your local authorities and it varies country to country.

For Domestic delivery, our postage is free and included via DHL Express Next Working Day Delivery, but for our international sales, postage is extra as we use the quickest and best service ie DHL Express Courier Service, including insuring the full price of the item to protect any loss or damage during transit.

If ever in future you wanted to provide us an alternative postage label, we will be more than happy to use your preferred postage method.
