I have tried to reach u multiple…

They let me pay the same import tax as the first order, for the second shipping which is a mistake correction from them. So they forgot to put a 5l can of oil in my order. The tax people thought that all of the items where in that order and calculated the same price. So gearbox oil made a mistakr on there invoice whcih they cant fix!
I have tried to reach u multiple times, no answer at all. Only a mail that u send a new package from dhl. I have to repay the duty tax over all the products which I even don't know what these products are. Please contact me and make this right!

I have paid for a next day delivery very dissatisfied!

I have paid for a next day delivery, on Thursday and I didn't even receive the product till Monday on delivery, unfortunately no-one was home I didn't even receive a phone call, I live 3 minutes from work, and now it will eventually arrive some point Spon hopefully! The car has been sat off the road for nearly 2 weeks, been told it only takes 5l on a service ending up needing more, been told by their services! I will not be buying from them again!!!

Shame!!! To send a liter of automatic transmission oil, in an unsealed container!!! Who has the courage to use it?! SHAME!!!
