Is good seller and good products

I have still not received my items

I've recently bought two displays from the Gbole store on Alibaba. The screen are much worse than was advertised in the listing and while chatting with the representative. After opening a case with Alibaba, I've received just a USD20 refund.
After leaving a negative review, a company representative promised a refund in exchange for improving the review (from 1-star to 3-star), but I was ghosted after doing so. On Alibaba, the company reps have started only replying with "hi". I'm trying to get a chargeback through VISA now.

Good shipping time, and a great screen, the only difference from the original is the camera but I never use it anyway.

Edit: I am disappointed by the screen. It only worked properly for 2 months and then the screen went black. Gbole support suggested that it was perhaps a faulty cable. After 2 weeks the screen turned back on but would go black after some hours or minutes of use. I had to close and open the lid to turn it back on but the intervals kept getting shorter and shorter until the screen finally died. I have changed my review from 5 stars to 1 star

'My macbook air screen arrived in Zimbabwe in perfect condition after two and a half weeks. Their support team was always available to answer my questions almost immediately (firstly through email prior to making purchase and through WhatsApp after I made the payment). The screen was super easy to install without prior experience just following a YouTube tutorial video. So far everything works perfect and I am happy with my order. My laptop looks brand new. I also saved a huge amount of money by buying directly from gbole instead of a third party online vendor.'

Very good quality screen. Everything is precise and easy to assemble. You could not tell a difference in colour and craft from the original

The installation was super easy, even with minimal skill you can easily change the screen yourself. The plastic piece in the middle does make some noise when opening and closing if you open it all the way but it has never bothered me.
Brightness doesn’t seem to be as high but still very usable. Color profile seems to be good. Over all I’m very happy with it!

Super Super Super Quality
To be honest, I didn't expect such quality, but the quality of the screen exceeded my expectations, just super quality, no difference from the original!
