BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!

My second time ordering with Sophie's Online Shop has really left me frustrated. The guys cancelled my order after payment and they don't pick calls or reply to Emails. The first time they delivered but 2 weeks after the promised delivery date and gave tons of excuses for the delay. (ignored the red flag)

I believe I've been conned this time round. I'm more frustrated because I think the guys had the potential to compete with the likes of Jumia but they decided to choose incompetence and thievery.

★☆☆☆☆ Completely Unreliable – Order Never Arrived After 2 Weeks!

I rarely leave bad reviews, but this experience left me genuinely frustrated. I placed my order with high hopes, only to be met with silence and empty promises. After receiving an initial confirmation and the standard "please be patient" response, two full weeks have now passed—and still no delivery, no tracking update, nothing.

What makes this worse is the poor communication. I had to chase them for answers, and all I got was a generic excuse about processing delays. If you’re selling products online, the bare minimum should be timely fulfillment and honest updates. Instead, I’m stuck wondering if my order will ever arrive—or if I’ve just thrown money into a black hole.

A word of advice to future customers: unless you enjoy being ignored and waiting indefinitely, spend your money elsewhere. A company that doesn’t value your time doesn’t deserve your business.
