Never checked location - ordered some 30mm nuts. They doubled my order - only needed 3. Tried to correct but no phone contact. Sent several contact messages so far no response. Will just cancel on credit card. Mistake

Placed an order on April 18th and received a message that it was out for delivery on April 25th BUT I have not yet receive. Buyer beware GavanTools is not a real company who delivers.
Don't buy from these guys thinking this is a US company. It's just a chinese exporter that uses an address in Japan. What it means for you is super long delivery times without realizing you essentially ordered from Alibaba. All done deliberately to mislead the consumer with a US sounding name and web site.
They should list on the site that you will have no tracking for a week plus and by the time it clears customs you could have made the parts yourself.
Just be honest and says its overseas.
I couldn’t find much info about this site or where they were located, but they had what I needed at a good price so I made a small order to try it out.
The time it took from placing my order to having the item in my hands was 8 business days. It shipped from China to the US.
Item is exactly what I ordered and was packaged well. I would use them again.
I ordered a 15mm x 2mm piece of aluminum flat stock from Gavan Tools (hard to find in the US). Quick and reasonable shipping, item was packed well, and arrived quickly. Recommended.
I have purchased bolts and nuts twice from Gavan Tools .
1st the order was perfect with excellent quality bolts and nuts .
2nd order everything came with too much Tolerances and aren't usable for the application I need the items for . I made contact with them and was ignored , I was told that in 20 years I'm the 1st to complain . Pictures and video's say a different story .
I have opened a PayPal Claim and still Gavan Tools refuses to talk or accept responsibility on their not so good quality products . If they have such a perfect Review in 20 years then why is their Feedback closed to Outsiders (Public) ?
All I asked was for them to review my proof , refund or replace the faulty items and I am put on the back burner ... Big price to pay on this review for $39.00 .
Its not about the money , its Principal . I give you 0/5 on Quality .

Follow up . Gavan tools refuse to speak through PayPal , after the 2nd message I did a claim and a few days later I got Refunded by PayPal .
Gavin Tools claims I was the 1st to complain for quality in 20 years . So where are their Reviews ? Why aren't there any reviews listed anywhere on the net ?
Why can't I see customers reviews on their website ?
Those are the things you need to ask yourself when dealing with them .
