Like everything Gatwick does, this is just a bit friendlier, a bit more efficient, and a bit more thoughtful than any other Airport. Lovely to be parking so close to the terminal as well.

An expensive but excellent service
An expensive but excellent service, smooth, hassle-free and a short walk to departures (and from arrivals). I would award 5 stars had the instructions been fuller as to the process and directions to the carpark. Having got there one can see why the instructions are so brief - there is only one car park to head for - but prior to the trip one doesn't know that. Suggest they create better instructions that you can print and take with you - most other car park services do this.

Quick and easy.
I've used Gatwick parking twice now, parking at north and south terminals at different times. It's all very easy to book online, directions are available on Google Maps and other apps too. When I had questions, they were answered quickly and efficiently. I was even able to do a "dry run" without paying as you get 2 hours free parking (at least at South terminal long stay) The only downside is that they seem to fill up certain "zones" first, meaning that some zones are empty while others had just the odd parking space. This can be frustrating if you're concerned about finding a space, but I've not been disappointed. Shuttle buses are regular and easy to access, and parking rows are well signed so easy to remember where you left your car.

Valet parking at Gatwick North terminal is fast, efficient and professional.
Used valet parking at Gatwick North. So convenient for access to the terminal and Sofitel hotel. I’ve used this service many times, professional, efficient and never had any problems. Good price great experience
Good price, super easy to use the valet service. Cheaper than using purple parking and valet parking was literally so quick. 5 minute walk to check in and the same on returning. What a dream.

Good Long term options
OK, so long term airport parking is a cost you have to bear if public transport is not an option....so we used it recently at Gatwick South and can report good value for money and a very smooth process from car park to terinal and back again 10 days later. Recommended.

Long Stay Car Park - North
We found the booking and parking experience straightforward and good value for money.
We decided to book the long stay North Car Park as we had an early outbound flight and late arrival. I was able to use my Blue Light Card discount.
It took us ( and other travellers) to find the designated bus stop to take us to the airport a few extra minutes - maybe clearer signs would be useful. No problem finding the bus stop on arrival as it was clearly explained in the reminder e-mail.
We found the bus drivers very friendly and helpful.
Overall, a very pleasant experience and would definitely use it again.

Worth booking ahead
It’s a little confusing finding where to go and not driving in and out by accident, but customer services explained how to make sure we didn’t pay twice! Good shuttle service and car was safe and secure while we were away. Much cheaper booking ahead so definitely worth doing

Such an easy service to use
Such an easy service to use. Dropped the car off and walked straight into the terminal and off on holiday. No waiting for shuttle buses. Car was ready to collect on the day of return without any drama.

Very Helpful Staff
The staff on the night shift could not have been more helpful when my wife (who had not slept for 20 hours) forgot where she had parked in the South Terminal short term car park. They also followed up the next day too - well done!
