The 'no charge amendment' was a lie. I had to pay £11 just to move my entry time forward by 2 hours.

Again another really good experience
Again another really good experience. My only observation is that zone T being so large we hunted for a few minutes before finding a bay on the other side of the fence. The main car park was full. Waiting for the bus this affected others we saw circling the car park looking for a space.
Maybe a bit more signage?
Other than that, our usual really great experience. Safe. Great polite bus service both ways. Thank you.

Excellent Service
I would like to say the experience i got from the Gatwick Official Short Stay Parking (Valet) was excellent.
As a first time user I was impressed and it was so easy and smooth. Short distance to the terminal easy when you have kids like me.
On my return just got to the office got my keys and the car was exactly where they said it was in its rightful condition I left it. I was away for 3 weeks.

Easy & straightforward
Super easy to book online. Not bad pricing for August. Directions are straightforward. Found the car park easily & luckily a disabled vehicle space. Make sure you don’t park in disabled bays marked ‘approved operators’ - although this is Gatwick’s approved parking you aren’t part of the approved operators & are likely to be shouted at very rudely (& repeatedly) by the man that is waiting to park cars using a park service! The signage wasn’t clear.

Holiday special
I did not realise at the time I booked my parking that it was the holiday special. I think this only operates over the summer holidays. I must have missed that when booking. I thought it was the long stay car park and that I would have my keys with me. But because it was a holiday special it meant I left my keys and my car was moved to a secure parking. The staff kindly updated my return time (I anticipated delays and didn't want to be overcharged) so that I would not have to wait 3 hours for my car to be returned. I should have paid more attention. That said. The whole experience was really easy and very convenient with a nice quick transfer by bus. Definitely would do this again.

Super easy experience! Would defo book this again for our next holiday! Booking process was straight forward and easy, great location and the shuttle bus was so regular, we never waited more than 5 minutes for each trip(we done 2 trips altogether and each time was a breeze) so i would definitly recommend

This was my first time parking at the airport but would happily do it again. The valet parking was so easy. Literally drive to the car park, speak to an attendant and then get out and then you're pretty much into the terminal (that is if you're flying from the North Terminal which is what I did). Then when you arrive back into the terminal you literally walk out and the entrance to the car park is there, go to speak to the attendant behind the desk and scan the QR code and then they tell you what level your car is on. Really couldn't be any easier. Would recommend and would most definitely use this service again

Booking online was simple, the shuttle arrived within a few (about 10 )minutes of parking, and the drivers were incredibly courteous. Will definitely use this service again. Customer service was excellent when I called panicking about being delayed- thank you.
