Great website which makes it easy to ensure get right remote. Very quick service and very easy to follow instructions-I am useless with technical things but managed to set up the remotes myself at first try.

Ordering a remote control was easy and it arrived quickly
I then found I had an older garage door motor which did not connect to the new remote
I called for instructions and received a complete guide for connecting the remote which was done in five minutes

Gate remotes Ltd sent out different remotes to the ones I ordered with a flyer explaining they were functionally identical. I didn't want the ones they had sent me and they accepted a return. Only 1 star because they breached contract and they said they'd refund my return postage, but never did. Buyer beware!

This remote is the real thing,
Paired up immediately to a spare, easy to do.
The first one I bought came from Amazon but it was a Chinese copy and did not work , so returned.
You get what you pay for.

The Customer service is outstanding! It took only minutes to order on line the new remotes arrived on time, were easy to program and worked great.

My 2 garages shared 2 Gliderol zappers for more than 20 years until one was lost last year. The local garage door dealers declared them obsolete, leaving me with just one working until I discovered Gate Remotes on the web. The new zapper is identical to the 20 yr old version , arrived in 2 days and took 10 minutes to programme for perfection. A very reasonable £50, and I should really buy a 2nd one just in case the old one fails. Excellent service, top quality and superb instructions.

I called up for some help and discovered I had ordered the wrong product. They were very helpful, completely understood and exchanged no issues.

Have had a few gate and garage door remotes over the past few years. Instructions for programming on YouTube are simple to follow. Can contact the company for help or advice by telephone or email. Won't use any other company.

Couldn't get my new remote to work... turns out I'd ordered the wrong frequency.
Rang the company, got a human who diagnosed the problem, and my garage door is functioning well again.

Approached them for advice about replacing my 20+ year old remote which I was not surprised to find was no longer available. They were very helpful in identifying a suitable replacement and in particular pointing our from the photographs I provided how and where to connect the receiver kit. I was able to install the receiver kit successfully following the advice and it has worked well for the last 3 months

Enquired about new key fobs for gates as we have just moved in, they were very helpful and fast delivery

An overall good service providing prompt and timely delivery.
The postage charges are also very good which helps us to remain in a competitive position within our market.

Helpful with issues and advice, instant replies to any questions, would recommend these guys if you have any need for remotes of any kind, they really know their stuff.

We have an older system and these guys are the only place that stocks the remote. Arrives on time and also refunded a wrong order and sent the correct one really quickly . Great service .

So pleased we bought our replacement remote control from a good company - arrived next day and when it didn't pair automatically, was able to phone (PHONE!) and immediately got advice and was sent alternative instructions, which worked. Well worth paying for a proper product with real backup! ANd still good value. (don't normally do reviews, but for this ...)
