Highly recommend anyone to use Gatekeeper to sell your property I did a previous review for Dan & the team on finding a buyer for our late father's house but now I would like to thank Alice she has been amazing, to see us through the final journey of the sale through to completion.Alice spoke to me with a follow up email after each call on a regular basis keeping me updated every step of the way right through to completion, she was always a pleasure to talk to. Thankyou all from myself & my family for supporting & helping us through a difficult & grieving time of selling our late father's house our family home which is now a new family's home to make there memories in which is what we wanted & what you all gave us.

Laura was thoughtful and efficient, and gave honest, helpful answers to the questions I had.

We had a fantastic experience with Joseph today, who showed us around four houses. He was absolutely lovely, friendly and professional throughout, and made the whole experience really enjoyable. He delivered an excellent level of service, took the time to answer all of our questions thoroughly, and made sure we felt comfortable and informed at every viewing. Nothing was too much trouble, and his approachable manner made such a positive impression on us. It’s clear that Joseph genuinely cares about providing a great service to his customers. Grace was fantastic. Amazing job at being friendly whilst also saying it straight in a kind and professional manner. She advised the pros AND the cons to the property making sure it's suitable for us and was very knowledgable for any questions we sent her way.

Moving can be very stressful and Alice made everything easier with her regular phone calls with updates about the progress of the chain and asking if you have any concerns, those phones were very helpful

Grace was so lovely and informative. Was a lovely property well maintained but sadly just not the 1. I would happily enjoy grace showing me more properties and gatekeeper seem to be a very good letting agent.

Within the last week or so, Kenya Ferguson from the Witney branch took me through a viewing of an investment property for sale. She Is very knowledgable about property. And understood managing expectations, offering practical tips and advice from cosmetic repair of a invetment flat, to the replacing of storage heaters to improve the EPC. She has a 10 year track record, as a company, on acting for one particular landlord, and this property was in good order throughout, which told me they are looking after the property, and keeping landlord happy. I liked the fact that there was alot of knowledge about buying, selling and renting. Even to the point that Kenya knew prior rental figures achieved over at least the previous 3 to 5 years on a flat viewing. Also Kenya gave me figures in a brochure to consider their property management, with no pressure. I am experienced in over 25 years in property myself. And i was impressed with the knowledge and service on offer. Brilliant.
