Please note that when making an exchange with your XRPL wallet, you are actually creating a "fill or kill" order that will execute immediately or fail depending on the state of the market (liquidity, spread), which unfortunately cannot be changed by the support team. At the same time, please note, that if you exchange with your Hosted wallet, you are making an exchange via GateHub in a centralized way.

You can see why a transaction/offer/exchange was unsuccessful by inserting your wallet address in one of the XRPL explorers available (ex: GateHub Explorer, Bithomp Explorer).

Resetting 2FA

I had an outdated 2FA setup on my Authenticator App and could not log in. I sent the request via their web site, got an inmediate response, I followed the instructions and the next day I was ready to go.

Account left on back burner

I had forgotten or misplaced access information; nature of the beast as a contractor living out of a suitcase; changing phones laptops and external drives regularly. I managed to find the correct seed and my password then was able to enter KYC and alter 2FA with new devices hassle free. GateHub support was excellent in aiding my accounts recovery! I am no spring chicken!

I sent $500 wire from my bank to my Gatehub account like I've been doing for a couple years and the money was recieved but not added to my account. Where is my SGB transaction ? SOLVED per 12-01-2023

UPDATE 12-01-2023:

I went on checking my destination account in the morning and to my enjoyment I saw my missing SGB´s on the wallet. After that I saw the email from Gatehub with the announcement that they have processed the delayed transaction. I was suprised that they argued that I need to do my KYC too in order to prevent future delays or cancellation of transactions. I was not aware that my KYC of a while ago, has expired. It has never been communicated earlier. But I will make sure that I pass KYC policy to prevent this in the future.

I dont understand why this needs to happen now with the service of Gatehub.net, as I always enjoyed an uninterupted service. All of a sudden I am going through a unpleasant interruption of service. It has to do with the requested Songbird (SGB) network transaction that I have send to my BiFrost Wallet. It never arrived and I am trying to get their attention via Support, but they are very slow and I need my SGB's right now to delegate them....Its worth about 3k of XRP's as it has been shown on my screen. I need it to get to my BitFrost ASAP. I need your assistance now as it seems that you have burned my SGB's instead of being send to my destinated walletaddress. I NEED URE ASSISTANCE!

Your support is hypocrisy and "running ahead of the locomotive" (old russian pogovorka)).

I didn't get any real support. Instead of support, they cynically advise me to look at the secret code in the settings of my account, which you blocked me. Although neither the EU sanctions package nor anything else prevents you from allowing a client in Russia to read the secret code from his account on your platform so that he can import his own funds into another account that is not subject to sanctions.

GateHub - scammers

Unfortunately, the company will not publish this review, since the scammer will never admit that he is a scammer.
So this company is a company of scammers. Since it blocks the accounts of ordinary citizens. It so happened that I am a citizen of a country against which sanctions have been imposed, but I am not a politician, not a public person, just a person against whom no one has imposed any sanctions.
Despite the fact that I am a citizen of a country against which sanctions are imposed, this does not prevent me from having an account with Raiffeisen Bank, which does not block my accounts and does not deprive me of access to them. I have the opportunity to apply for a US tourist visa, as I am a respectable person, and I do not have any violations of international laws.

However, the GateHub company does not pursue the goal of dealing with each client individually, but as I can assume, it most likely has the goal of embezzlement of other people's funds, by interpreting sanctions documents, blocking my account. Yes, they sent me a link with which I can admire my account and my funds. But what are my account and funds if I cannot dispose of them? Do not replenish, do not pick up at all.

Summing up, I can say that, in my opinion, GateHub are scammers who interpret sanctions to their advantage and steal other people's funds.
