Worst experience ever. I make a instant deposit, it takes 3 days to be credited on my balance. I make a withdraw in XRP to my cold wallet and it takes hours to be approved. Worst exchange ever.

Zent ri Coup s, rescued me and recovered my lost funds.

The service is great but there is a technical issue. My responses to the support emails get rejected. I get an undeliverable message every time.

I've been trying to transfer my US dollars from Gatehub to my bank account in the USA for a very, very long time, but Gatehub no longer facilitates transfers to the US. I've asked their support many times why and at first was told to wait a few weeks. That was a long time ago and now their response is for me to convert the funds to USDT or USDC and find another exchange that can transfer to the US. Undoubtedly, I will be charged exchange fees at every step.

My suggestion is to avoid Gatehub if you reside in the United States.

Total Disgrace. I got scammed of 133K USD from an unlawful and unauthorized login to my GateHub wallet, even though 2FA and all security tokens were pre-set and working.

Nonetheless, all I am getting as a result of this saga is ZERO support and absolutely no response, nor responsibility taken by the GateHub support.

This was a very profitable investment for me and my investment disappeared into thin air, because I decided to give the guys (GateHub) a chance and counted on their security and professional online presence.

Dear GateHub team, if I do not get any response or resolution to this by the end of Wednesday, I am posting about this shameless act all over the public media, news, online space and wherever I can, so I can make sure no one chooses you as a partner and no one gets scammed the way I did.

I am completely destroyed by this happening as money has been brutally stolen for me and it all happened because of GateHub and their zero security.

GATEHUB IS A SCAM !!

Today my wallet get emptied by no action from my side.

NO IP log transaction ... the only reply they have is -> Call the police , we detected nothing !!!

Wallet address were created on GATEHUB , funds never moved , Security Guide followed ( 2FA + .... ).

Now they hide themself behind -> we see nothing, call the police ...

I NEVER HAD Any wallet connected to Gatehub, never exported anything , just consulting 2 times by year !!

And suddenly my funds are gone without any connection from my side !!

STAY AWAY ... because your money will get lost soon or later and no action from GATEHUB !!

support is extremely slow and they drag it on onger by asking questions in each e-mail rather than listing everything they want in 1 e-mail. so it takes about a month or more for them to get what they want and then further weeks of delays while they think about what else they can do to delay something. also very buggy.

Do not use a GateHub wallet!!! My wallet was robbed and all the money dissapeared. It was a scam and gatehubs answer to it was that thy could not find suspicious transfers and that they could not help me. Investigating it later it appeared that there was a data leak in 2019 where all wallet info incl. Keys passwords etc. were leaked. I was never informed about this.

One star is too much. Where is the law enforcement to protect us against this crime network?

Absolutely disgraceful. GateHub locks you out of your own wallet if you haven’t used your account in a while, and the so-called “recovery key” they insist you save is completely useless when you actually need it. I followed every step, stored everything safely, and now — years later — I try to access my account and nothing works. The recovery key? Doesn’t restore anything. The support? Totally unhelpful.

What’s worse, this is not an isolated issue — just look around online. Hundreds of users have been reporting this exact same problem for years and GateHub has done nothing to fix it or even take responsibility. People are losing access to their assets permanently, and the company just shrugs it off.

This is either extreme incompetence or intentional negligence — either way, it's unacceptable. GateHub should be held accountable for this mess. If you value your crypto, STAY FAR AWAY from this platform.

Very prompt in getting me info I needed to get my account active. Was able to get it all worked out with a little help from my daughter explaining what I had to do and once it was done, I could get on my account. Thank you to all who helped.

One fine day you registered a gatehub account. When the price of XRP was quite low, everything went normally. One fine day, the price of the coin increased a bit, you remembered to log in to the gatehub account to trade, but you got one of the following notifications: incorrect password, entered SMS message,... and then you looked for the recovery key to change the password, it said it was wrong, or even the phone number you set up was very old but no longer used, if you don't remember clearly you will lose everything. Gatehub is just a scam for newbies

This is where you can create an XRP address. But if your account has been open for a long time and you forget to log in, you will have a problem right away, which is receiving SMS messages, and you may be quite surprised that the phone number is not set up by you. Then you have to spend a few days just to reply to the email providing your ID. You will not even get a response because of the unprofessional work of team's support

Scam company. The recovery keys don’t work and they hold a ton of my money in XRP. Absolute con of a company. Zero communication, they just ignore you when they hold thousands of your money. They should be referred to the CPS
