Shortest delivery time ever! Highly recommended.

I required 2 no. ceramic mats to suit Yeoman Exminster stoves.
These were shown as out of stock but, an online chat with a female representative and I was informed these would be back in stock in a couple of days.
The 2 no. mats were ordered and were delivered to me in 48 hours.
Excellent service and would use this company again without hesitation.

Excellent website, easy to order and reasonable prices. I had a query with an order and it was sorted out straight away.

Lack of information when I received just 1 part out of 2. No explanation as to why the other part wasn't in with the package. When I called to explain the customer rep wasn't very helpful or polite on the phone.

A good range of products and decent service. My one complaint is that they do not deliver outside U.K. Since I needed the part badly I had to use a forwarding service with a UK address. This resulted in extra cost and delay in getting my order. Also, the postcode address lookup on their website does not allow for any flexibility. Since I had to include a code for the forwarding service, the only place I could put this was as part of my name. This of course meant that my credit card was declined since the names did not match. Fortunately I was able to use Paypal as an alternative. However, all of the above made the whole transaction very messy. I did telephone them, but the person who answered, while nice, could not help me. In the end I had to work it all out for myself. I had previously ordered from them a few years ago and and had no difficulty, so I find it hard to understand this change of policy.

Rang to check the new coals would fit the fire at 15.15pm. Helpful and knowledgeable staff. Ordered parts at 15 20pm. Parts arrived next day at 11.30 am. Fit new parts and tested fire. Fire back working to its full potential at 13.15pm. Fantastic Service. Thank you.
