Bought a gard pro3 @£114.00 on the 13th Oct. Upon appearance it looked like a fairly good watch. I set it up in accordance to the manual which worked, however firstly the watch applications didnt work unless the watch was facing on the underside of my wrist as it says when placed normally to put the watch in correct position. Secondly the watch straps are not well design for men with large wrists so i could only have it on the end hole or second to last .Thirdly having the watch on has caused my skin to react with the strap which has become red and inflammed on both wrists . My advice is to look real hard at the reviews and possibly look at spending a little more for something a bit better. I have emailed gard pro regarding a watch strap but have not received a reply.

Proper service
Recieved the watch and was very impressed with it,however on setting it up I encountered a few problems.
I notified the team at Gard Pro and after sending a few photos to confirm the facts, I got an extremely nice email explaining that it was covered by the guarantee and would be replaced....just a couple of hours later, I got confirmation of dispatch....Well done Gard Pro,for providing good, old fashioned service....

In the 1st month works well. After that start draining thr battery pretty fasr and all of the sudden touch screen not responding. Reach out thru email with the customer rep about the issues. They replied back however, so many asking instructions to report to record a video etc etc. It was already explained the issues and not very straighforward issues.
Not recommended product.
The customer rep is a waste of time and not helpful to solve the issues.
Keep your money and buy different reliable watch.

Recentlt ordered Ultra 3 smartwatch
Ordered Ultra 3 smartwatch a week ago and received delivery as promised. I'm a pensioner and non tech savvy but managed the complete set up in less than an hour.
So far so good , very pleased !!

Extremely disappointed with the watch and customer service.
I recently bought a Gard Pro Ultra 3 watch for my son, the watch looked really high quality and was just what he wanted. However, the watch was defective and the side buttons did not work. I contacted Gard Pro and a replacement watch was sent promptly. Brilliant!
The replacement Gard Pro ultra 3 watch arrived, my son set it up but again the side buttons did not work, the watch malfunctioned by turning itself on and off, switching between features and we couldn’t control any of it.
I have contacted Gard Pro again and voiced my disappointment and frustration, I have requested a refund as the website states they will offer a 30-day refund. However, Gard Pro are refusing to give me a refund because they state both watches were in new condition and not defective when sent to me therefore it must have been an error on my part.
Having read further reviews about defective watches and my experience, I would think twice before purchasing a watch from this company.

Great Support team which resolved problem with watch.
My Ultra 2 + was slightly defective 2 months after purchasing the watch . After our communication with the support team @ Gardpro over a few days which was prompt and helpful they are now sending a new watch. In summary the support service was helpful, prompt and friendly.

Terrible
I bought the gardpro ultra 3, because I saw that it was the best in the line, and after 2 weeks of use it has several problems with the operating system. When I run or use the watch to schedule a physical activity, the screen freezes, I can’t see it, it takes time to turn on the display and I can’t do anything on the watch, nor finish the activity.
Another problem he presented was that when he slept he didn’t read the sleep data, and froze completely. I restarted the clock and lost all the history. It’s not working properly.
I sent a message, but they didn't respond, and I sent a message on the Instagram post, but they deleted it.
It's definitely the worst watch with the same customer service. If you want to lose money, this is the right choice.

I received delivery of my Gard pro…
I received delivery of my Gard pro ultra 3 some weeks ago and was very happy with it until I went to the local swimming pool for a 30 minute dip. After getting out of the pool, my watch went blank !
I contacted the company and having shown a video with the charger fitted and me pressing the various buttons. The company replaced the watch and I found the service quite good, I received the replacement within two weeks. I have lost faith in the watch and will not be using it swimming again. However, I will use it with the other programmes on it. I don’t really khow much water resistance it has! Probably very little !

Three Watches, Three Failures – Avoid This Product
I have had an incredibly frustrating experience with this watch. First, it took a long time to arrive. Then, within three months, the software completely failed, and the screen went blank. I had to go through a tedious back-and-forth process of emailing the company, sending photos to prove the issue, and eventually they sent a replacement.
Unfortunately, the exact same problem happened again with the replacement watch after another three months. I had to go through the same exhausting process of proving the fault. Now, for the third time, the watch has failed again, and I've simply had enough.
They even asked for video evidence, which was too large to email, and the entire process became a ridiculous exercise in jumping through hoops. I requested a refund or at least a better model if they had improved the product, but I've heard nothing back 2 weeks later!
In short, this has been a terrible experience. The watch is unreliable, the customer service is cumbersome, and I can’t recommend this product or company to anyone.

Terrible after sales support
Terrible after sales support. Wrist strap on watch broke after a few weeks of normal wear. Support tickets raised easily but agents are not interested in sorting the issue… they just repeatedly ask for the same info again and again to show they have updated the ticket. Eventually after providing photographs, screenshots and approx 12 emails later they just closed the ticket. Probably the worst service I’ve had in many years.

Bought two watches for our kids. A significant factor for us was that the website clearly states they are suitable for swimming. THIS IS AN OUTRIGHT LIE. When we challenged this we were referred to the small print which apparently says they are nothing more than splash proof. They also state on the website that they offer a 30 day risk free trial. ALSO A COMPLETE LIE based on where we have got so far. Their tactic is that they just keep saying it is splash proof and offer nothing more. We are raising with trading standards and it is entirely false advertising.

WHAT IS THIS?
So I just bought a watch, and it said that it could come 3-5 days later it has been like a week still no watch. I think that it is kind of a scam because they are selling them from china and I feel like it will not be good. The app itself is horrible and you cant do anything on it. Just saying I am never going to buy a watch from them again. You can just save about 100 dollars more and buy a nice apple watch.

I recently went on vacation and on day 2 dived into the sea and when I came out the watch had gone dead. As it should have been waterproof I did'nt think that a quick dip in the sea would be a problem.
My watch was replaced fortunately when contacting Gard Pro but I'm hesitant to get it wet again.
