My wife thinks I love it

I’ve nothing to complain about as a watch - yes, it tells the time with great accuracy. But all the ‘health’ metrics are nothing but fantasy, especially the blood pressure reading which is wildly inaccurate. I know this because I’ve run parallel tests using a professional grade bp cuff. I dare not tell my wife of my disappointment because she kindly bought the watch as a present, so naturally I love it!

Received my new gard pro 3 for…

Received my new gard pro 3 for Christmas and was very happy with it with all the features /durability and toughness as advertised well from the company.
Couple days later after taking the watch off found 2 back screws missing and 2 loose. Contacted customer services and sending out another watch straight away after good communication. Well happy and thankyou gard pro !

Disappointing

Disappointing. Bought two watches. China shipment was quick, but after clearing customs they sat 10 days, then 3 more with the courier. Still waiting, and refund requests due to delays are being ignored. Beware as I sadly did not research before purchasing.

Guard pro ultra 3

Guard pro ultra 3.
I do like this watch.
I had the version before this New on.
Now, i buy this one, mostly for its health monitoring apps.
I absolutely understand that the health monitoring apps are Not 100% Accurate. They are not equivalent to a doctor taking your obs.
But, my first Guard pro was mostly within 3 to 6 digits of a professional reading.
But, this Guard pro ultra 3 isn't even close to a professional reading, as I found out at the hospital recently.
So I advise, if you are buying this for the blood pressure monitoring, be aware, its probably not correct.
I double check mine now with a hospital style blood pressure monitoring machine.
Stay safe people.
P.S. the rest of this watches functions that I use, seem fine and I like this affordable smart watch.
Its not as smart as a doctor though.

My new Gard Pro 2 indicates hypothermia…

My new Gard Pro 2 indicates hypothermia and high blood pressure. I’m sitting comfortably in my very slightly chilly apartment and have had my blood pressure checked at the doctors recently which was normal. It’s early days, but th se readings do not bode well for the accuracy of this not so smart watch.

I ordered a watch and was working but…

I ordered a watch and was working but was not recording any date etc, go in contact with Guard pro and with them helping me and suggesting ideas we both came down to something with the watch. They sent out a new replacement and now all sorted, great communication with them and defo worth the money etc.

Great service…

Watch was ok until customer service let me down

I had a pretty good experience with this watch when I first got it about a month ago. It did exactly what I wanted and met my needs. But what really makes a product great is good customer service, and that's where they fell short for me. My cat chewed through my charging cable, and I reached out to customer service, being honest and asking if they could send me a new one. They refused, even though it probably costs them next to nothing.
I paid $100 for the watch, and a new cable would cost me about $35 to ship. That's a huge turn-off for their customer service. I'm not going to buy the cable since it's 33% of the watch's total cost. I'll just get a more reliable brand next time. Maybe I shouldn't have been so honest about what happened. It's crazy what you have to go through just for being honest. So, everyone, just be aware.

Gard pro what a joke expensive and not even waterproof

Spent £80 on a gard pro 2 ultra + as a mate bought and told me his opinion its well built but a few major issues

For example the sports tracking isn't that accurate I went for a run which was 3 Milee'and it registered 2 kms and I know for fact it was 3 miles as my sister drove me to location and tripometer states 3 miles.

2nd major issue is for a rugged watch it's only splash proof only WTF it's not even ip68 rated very disgusted for price I expected a ip68 rating not a 3atm rating

DONT BUY SAVE MONEY ABD LOOK FOR IP68 RATED WATCH

Not fit for purpose

This is the third watch. Bought the Ultra 3 hoping for once they have actually produced a rugid watch that can at least handle pool swimming. But NO, despite stating the Ultra 3 can be used in a pool, three pool swims and it’s given up the ghost. Waste of money. Could have bought a half decent watch with the amount I have wasted on Gard Pro.

Don't buy off this company

Don't buy off this company, bought a watch but didnt receiv it yet. Found out the person couldnt wear it over a skin condition, got on to gard pro about refunding: Said they couldn't refund the price if the watch but could give me the watch and 40 percent discount. 40 percent on next purchase on a watch I didn't want already. Then they said they could refund amd set out terms and conditions the length of my arm. 2 weeks later no refund and I still haven't received the watch. Red flag Chinese company. SCAM!

GardPro fitness watch Refund my a$$

My husband's band poped off, some how the pin just came out.
My watch stopped tracking steps. I was told to show a video of me walking... after I sent it I was given a long list of IT instructions. Anything to evade a refund.
All I want is my money back.
On the app, it doesn't let you choose the exercises you use opposed to having to scroll through a long list. The two buckles on the strap always move and the long end just aggravates. The other band I bought doesn't stay clipped, it was only 20 steps from my room to the bathroom. I dont mind a big watch, but damn, make a womens size ya shovinist.
So they won't refund our unhappy purchase.
Spend your money some place else.
