Connects to phone only 60% if time. Am raging I threw out my smart watch 20euro from amazone. This watch the text is way to small. There is no NFC one if the reasons I bought it and as for the step completey not accurate at all. Would not recommend at all

Bought the health watch
Bought the health watch. Took ages for it to be delivered. Tried the product for around a week and found the metrics to be wholly inaccurate. I asked for my refund and was told to reset the watch via the app as this might help. I reluctantly tried this and wore it for another few days but it was still giving incorrect information. I asked for a refund again and was told I would only get some of my money back. I stated my case that I requested a refund but was told to reset the watch. They eventually agreed and I sent off the watch back to them via recorded delivery. They refused to accept the package. I'm now emailing them again as there is no contact telephone number asking them what the hell is going on. Stay clear of this scam.

My Gardpro was a 50th birthday gift off my parents. I’m so very disappointed it doesn’t count properly the heart rate calorie counter and blood pressure are all off. I did complain and after a few emails back and forth I was reluctantly sent a replacement. I decided to wear my fit bit on one wrist and Gardpro on the other to compare… they were miles apart. So not only is the product poor my parents have wasted money on my gift(which will remain a secret). Ive put up with it since May 2025 but now ive treated myself to a Garmin and it’s fantastic

Do NOT buy Gard Pro Ultra 3 — absolute rubbish and misleading advertisingying this watch
I regret buying this watch. After all the hype and flashy marketing, the reality is shocking.
Battery life is a joke — nowhere near what’s advertised. It doesn’t even last a full week in real use, more like 2–3 days max if you use any features at all — laughable for what they claim. The charging is slow as molasses, taking almost a day in some cases, despite the supposed “fast charging.”
The wristband is awful — cheap rubber that digs into your skin and actually irritates and damages my wrist after only a couple of days of wear.
And this isn’t just me — plenty of other buyers are complaining about quality issues: watches turning off or not staying on, step counting and sleep tracking that make no sense, and terrible customer service when you try to sort it out. Many people on review sites have had multiple faulty units sent to them, broken bands, and return hassles that make you feel like you’re stuck with a piece of junk.
This feels like a cheap Chinese rebrand with wild claims — selling you a product that doesn’t deliver—complete waste of money. I’d strongly advise against buying this. Save your cash for something that actually works.

Bought one of these as a replacement…
Bought one of these as a replacement for my Fitbit Versa 2.
Step counter was completely off to what I was doing (off my 1000s - i wore my fitbit on the other arm).
I contacted the company to say i wasn't happy & wanted to return it.
All they offered was a 50% refund & to keep the watch. I don't want to keep the watch as it's not fit for purpose. Went back to Fitbit in the end.
Have to say everything else looked like it worked OK.

Great marketing for a very average watch!! Was not good quality, features very basic!! Bought as a gift and very disappointed- when I tried to use my 30day return I was sent around the houses to try and put me off, persevered and managed to get a return label- tracking said they rejected the return! After a long time I recieved 80% refund, and pretty sure that's all I'll get! Out of pocket and frustrated!!

watched returned, poor quality
I bought a watch from GardPro, and the quality was very poor. I returned the item the next day after receiving it and paid for the return postage myself. Instead of processing the return, the company sent the parcel back to me.
Customer service is extremely difficult to reach and has been unhelpful. This experience has been unbelievable and very frustrating.
If I do not receive a full refund of £60, including the return postage, I will escalate this matter to the appropriate consumer protection authorities.

Purchased for Christmas present as all advert say how great and strong they are. Comfort great battery life is brilliant really easy to set up and use the bad things are they are really weak drop it about 2 feet on to a wooden bench the screen smashed into pieces the screen protection should be sold as dust protection if you rub it against a hedge it's scratch so how they show in the ads being hit with a hammer and then run over is highly incorrect

Battery lasts 36 hours
Got given a watch for Christmas, unfortunately there were a number of issues. Including the battery life that was meant to last up to 15 days, mine lasted 36 hours, the face of the watch is huge and very uncomfortable. Tried to return it as had the receipt from the gift but as it was 30 days since my husband bought it they point blanked refused, however I’d only just received it as it was a gift. Customer service unhelpful and pretty rude! Won’t be using this company again.

Hello all.
Purchased a gard pro watch it looks well plenty of features on it I went on my normal route walk run etc and I checked the watch the steps and kms were well off not correct.
I contacted the company with my issues and they said they would refund a percentage of the watch but my warranty was lost
The watch is completely useless to me as it's not accurate.
Please stick to the garmin or better alternatives this company uses bully boy tactics I won't recommend to anyone not one bit helpful

Waste of money
It doesn't pick up half the steps or runs I do, I run the same route 3 times week which is 6.2km but according to my new gard Pro watch it's only 3.7km, I typically do about 25000-30000 steps a day but it only records about 5000, it's just not fit for purpose, I will be going back to fitbit or Samsung, it honestly is a waste of money, I would say you get what you pay for but you don't even get that, it was a huge disappointment

Bought a watch Grad Pro 3 but the app is not comparable with IPhone or ipad. After much email exchange I was given an address in the UK to return the watch. With recorded delivery the watch has been rejected with no reason given.
It is obviously a scam- avoid at all costs.

Overall, very happy. Some person wrote Gard is a scam. It is not. Perfectly good watch for the price. Only criticism would be that there are not enough watch face options (100) compared to other watches. Need to fix. Otherwise, a good purchase.

Awful for returns
I purchased a Gard pro for my son in early december for xmas.
As he’s on the autism spectrum he’s funny with certain things and didn’t like the feel of the watch.
I returned the watch within the 30 day return period with recorded delivery in perfect condition.
The watch has now been returned to me with no explanation why? All i know is on the royal mail tracked delivery said it was “refused” at the other end.
Needless to say i’m very disappointed.
Not even an explanation for why?
