Order didn't arrive!!!

We ordered a delivery on the morning of 12th March, with an expected delivery of 13th March. Email confirmation stated it would be delivered by 6pm.

By 6pm on 13th March we had heard nothing, so phoned to chase and it went to voicemail. I sent a message on Facebook and no one has ever replied back.

We phoned them on morning of 14th of March with no apology or explanation of what had happened, but an offer of putting us through to the delivery team. I explained that we could now only do Sunday. This wasn't an option.

We then got a full refund. Won't be using them again.

Frustrated

Frustrated. This is not an express service. I have ordered three times and would not have ordered the 2nd or 3rd time - but only because we needed more and the job grew. You have to chase your delivery. There is no explanation. Latest delivery ordered 1st June at 16.44pm. Processing 2nd, no communication until I rang them today 4th June, apparently my order had left?! yet it still said processing on my account and I should expect delivery sometime on Monday 7th June. Please be aware when placing an order.
