Vegtrug kit
Vegtrug kit was a gift to a relative for thanks for all he has been doing for us. The Vegtrugs are excellent and the kit very comprehensive. Only reason I'm giving 4 stars is the fact that the carton it came in was badly damaged, almost split into 2 (I have photographs), the contents fortunately were okay and complete, but as this was a gift I felt a bit let down by whoever was responsible for the carton damage - the delivery man said it wasn't him!

Veg Trug
I ordered a veg trug from yourselves and when the first one arrived unfortunately it was quite badly damaged and had obviously been opened before. I emailed Garden Essentials and the following day I received an apology email from then telling me to dispose of the product and the next day a brand new veg trug arrived which was perfect. I would recommend this company to anyone as the customer service was excellent.

Bought VegTrug at an excellent price and it arrived very quickly. There was a manufacturing fault with one of the accessories and this was dealt with speedily and completely to my satisfaction. Follow-up customer service was just as good as the sales process.
