As per the previous review the pair of gloves that were not a pair. I found the number of a shop associated with this company and called them. Immediately helpful, organised a call back and now sorted. New pair of gloves on their way.
Ordered a dog bed,never received it.No answers to emails.Phone calls just rings+ rings.Reached out to Paypal,they got in contact with them,still nothing.Money refunded by PayPal.Avoid this company is my message.
Scam company - do not purchase from.
No returns option or support.
Brought garden clogs which when arrived came up small. Can find returns information on website which is odd and annoyed I didnt check before purchasing or would have gone elsewhere.
Tried emailing, calling and reaching out on social media. No response over two months since purchase in June.

Bought a Hozelock wall mounted hose from the company. Cheapest price at the time and they were offering a free Multi Spray Plus. Also free delivery and it arrived quickly with no problems.
Last week after the winter I tried to use it but the gun was leaking badly without pressing the trigger. I had drained the hose and switched off the water plus lagged the tap over the winter. I contacted the company more in hope than expectation re a replacement. LISA replied the next day, very apologetic and kindly offered to send a replacement. This was received within 2-3 days. Fantastic service. Good company and will use again.
