Pointless Service
Why advertise that you quote on "older cars" ? I purchased my "old car" year ago and want to protect the price. No such luck with this lot. Go through the aggro and they can't help. Utter waste of time.

We are sorry to learn we could not provide the cover you were looking for. To be clear, our page (we do not place Google Ads for 'older cars') states we can provide GAP Insurance for vehicles up to 10 years old. Many GAP providers only provide cover for vehicles between 6 and 8 years old. For our products you must have bought your vehicle in the last 180 days, so the fact you have had your vehicle for over a year means we could not provide cover for that reason too. Many other GAP Insurance providers only cover a vehicle bought within the last 90 days. We are not aware of anyone in the UK market who can cover 'the price' if you have owned the car that long. One option may be an Agreed Value GAP which can cover the value of the vehicle now, and cover back to that price for up to 4 years. Again, maximum age of the vehicle may apply. We do not provide that cover but others in the market may. I am sorry that you feel you have had to go through 'Aggro' to find this information out, however our online quote system and our telephone assistants should make you aware that your situation is not something we can cover within a minute or so. I can only apologise for any frustration you have incurred in using our systems. I hope the information provided here explains and helps you with some ideas for a solution.
