I want to share my experience of using GanttPRO. GanttPRO is an easy-to-use service, which can save you a lot of time with your project planing and tasks progress tracking. In my demo project with GanttPRO I can see tasks progress process, create sub-tasks, see dependencies, analyze time spending on each task and share this information with others. Also GanttPRO has a lot of additional tools, wich can be useful for you. But what I like the most in GanttPRO is UI, it's clear, smooth, user-friendly, easy-to-navigate and easy-to-use. You don't even need to read documentation to start using this service, all is intuitive, understandable and predictable. In future, I also plan to use GanttPRO for my work and hope that others will use it as well.

I am very pleased with GanttPRO it makes time management and scheduling very easy. With GanttPRO i have been able to successfully plan my senior project for USA. Our project includes methods of stopping vehicle in a police chase environment. With the use of this software i will be able to plan what is needed to be done for our project. GanttPRO has so many user friendly tools that allow the Gant charts to come out smooth and professional. In my near future when I obtain a professional job I will like to try and use this software for completing tasks as well as trying to get my company on board for using as well.

I have finished creating my first Gant using the GanttPRO software, and I would say that I am very thoroughly pleased with the software.
It is very easy to use and allowed me to create a great outline of my project deadlines very quickly and easily.
It also allows me to export the chart in a variety of formats, which is very helpful to me.
Overall, I would recommend this software to anyone who is trying to manage a project and needs to set up a timeline, or any other scenario where a Gantt chart is needed!

I use GanttPro to plan tasks in projects during my studies. It is a very good tool, readable to me as my teachers. User-friendly interface, the ability to add milestone, task and subtask. Very useful function of exporting the diagram to pdf or providing it in the form of an external link.
GanttPro allows you to define additional people in the team, assign tasks to them. A new feature I didn't know about was time logging, which is perfect for verifying estimates.
In the future I will check the connection with Jira, I think it can be useful when running larger projects.
GanttPro is constantly being developed, I think the reports on costs and time spent on tasks are very good!
I would highly recommend !!!

Needed to produce a Gantt Chart for a memo in my senior deign class at the University of Rochester. I spent almost an hour looking for either an excel template or online website that was simple to use and make the chart making process easily. GanttPRO was that website and it took less then five minutes to understand how to use the website and produce my own Gantt chart for my project. Now that I have the initial template for my Gantt Chart produced, I can go back and edit it to finer detail as needed, when more dates are confirmed with my professors.

Hi there! I am a student and GanttPro has been a great support tool for my project management for the development of applications in class. The tool has facilitated the organization of the tasks, thanks to its design, its components, its colors and its ergonomics. It has wonderful features that I had never seen in other online applications. I am really happy to have found this tool and it is because of this that I recommend it to all people for any type of project that they want to carry out, whether it is a company or an academic one.

I am a doctoral researcher student involved in many on going research projects. I have tried many gantt chart softwares but GanttPro is the best and sanest of them all. All functions are almost self intuitive that there is no learning curve involved to work with it. Even better, you get to save all your projects online as it is web based and there are no privacy concerns. It has all the functions you need and I haven’t found GanttPro to fall short in any regard. I would totally recommend GanttPro to anyone who would want to make gantt charts.

I am studying the career of business administration and I am in charge of many projects that I have to plan, for this I use the gantt diagrams which facilitate me and I find it very comfortable to visualize the actions that I have to perform, in addition to allowing me to follow up and the control of the progress of each of the stages of a project. Gantt diagrams for an administrator have several advantages such as helping to organize ideas, show that I have knowledge of the subject, set realistic deadlines, represent a useful tool for other areas of the company, etc. I like this program a lot because it makes it very easy for me to make the diagrams. I recommend it 100%

I am a student in my last year of graduation. And am taking a software management course and also doing a graduation project. And I have been using GanttPRO for scheduling my project, and it has been an amazing experience. GranttPRO is the best Gantt Chart tool I have come across.

Great software
I've used this software for my course and to track some of the projects I do personally. This is a very efficient tool which helps to organize various on going project schedules. Helped from over burning myself and stay on track. High recommend this software.

Things I really liked are it's simplicity we can start using this software in minutes, easy of use, no cumbersome setup. I saw value of this from day1 itself.

I'm a student in my last year of masters. Ganttpro is very easy to use and is the most intuitive site I have found. It fits my needs perfectly.
GanttPro lets you organize tasks by day, week, or month, and lets you set colors for each task and subtask. I can associate my team members with the project and assign the tasks to each one.
I would like to continue using it as it is a very important tool throughout the development of my project.
I recommend using it as it is a very useful, easy and intuitive tool to use.

GanttPRO has provided me with nothing but an amazing experience. As a Software Engineering student, I've had to make several Gannt charts throughout my studies for course projects. The ability to organize your projects and decompose them into separate subtasks is unmatched. I also enjoy being able to assign individual tasks to team members and be able to keep track of their progress on their tasks. This application is better and more user friendly than a more well known application such as Microsoft Project. Its easy to use, everything is concise, has a simple design, and the best bang for your buck! !00% would recommend for professionals and especially students!

I tried it and it was a great experience! All the difficulties that I encountered in project management were mostly solved, such as storing data, arranging jobs; The best thing is that you can export the data into pdf and excel files to print it.
GanttPRO is easy to understand and use for beginners like me. Most importantly I can watch and work on any device and whenever I need it. It helped me a lot in my upcoming science project. Love this tool! Very useful for managing multiple projects with timelines. Flexible adjustments to your projects as you work through them. Customize with colours, and in as much detail as you wish. Highly recommend!

GanttPRO is a very useful tool for project management and planning. Currently I use it for my MsC computer science dissertation and it has been the most useful time management tool i have come across in a very long time. No hesitation in recommending it to anyone whatsoever. The best thing about it is being able to host all of my charts online and access them across all of my device and then download them at the end of the project for inclusion in the final write up. I will 100% be using it in future throughout my career in the project planning phase

I can say that this definitely one of the best project management tools available in the market. It is very flexible so you can use it to manage both traditional and agile project. It UI is simple, elegant and easy to use with no-nonsense features that fit all needs.
