Worst customer service ever
Worst customer service ever. In Gamestop in La Corte del Sole, Sestu (Cagliari), I was in a line, just before a guy buying a Ps4, it took long, but that's ok, it happens. But what MUST NOT happen it's that when it was my turn the lady at the desk just left me there to serve other people out of the line, just because they were interested in the telephone line and I was "just" buying games.Another guy had to come and serve me because the lady wasn't interested in serving me. WORST SERVICE EVER. NEVER AGAIN THERE

Ordered during Black Friday and only got part of my order. They don’t answer the phones or return emails.. cannot file a chargeback because I used a gift card. Will never use them again.
