I ordered a PS5 Pro on 22 April 2026 and, more than 6 weeks later, I am still waiting for the item. A Royal Mail Tracked 24 tracking number was only provided on 31 May, 39 days after the order was placed, and Royal Mail has still not confirmed receipt of the parcel.

The most frustrating part has been the lack of communication. There is no readily available phone number to speak to someone directly, and my emails and enquiries have received little to no meaningful response. As a customer, it feels like there is no reliable way to obtain updates on an order worth hundreds of pounds.

I understand delays can happen, but waiting over 6 weeks with no confirmed dispatch and almost no communication is unacceptable. Due to the lack of progress, I have had to raise a dispute with my bank.

Based on my experience so far, I would not recommend purchasing from this seller. I will update this review if the PS5 Pro is delivered or the matter is resolved satisfactorily.

Awful company waited weeks and no emails or any communication from them

Absolute con, 10 day's later no dispatch, nothing..... I asked for refund which they where prompt but no apology or assurance it will be with me asap ..
PAY THE EXTRA AND GO ELSEWHERE,

Never received the switch 2 I ordered had to pay off the 3 instalments and go to bank and raise a dispute to gwt my money back.

Awful awful awful, avoid like the plague

Ordered a ps5 and paid extra for next day delivery, no communication, after waiting weeks for the ps5 to arrive I decided to cancel the order. Phone number switched off, no response to email communication luckily got my money back through the bank. Yet this “company” are still trying to dispute it, how I don’t know? Do yourself a favour and avoid this company.

Waited over 2 months for my PlayStation to arrive, well past the back-order date, and it never came. Contact with the merchant was very poor and he was a bit rude. I requested a full refund, and even after waiting a month, I haven't received it. I am currently going through my bank to see if I can get my money back. Just don't order here, it's not worth it, even with the discount, you'll never actually get your console.

Items came late on two occasions but they did come and a better price than anywhere else. Top notch

Read the reviews and avoid this site like the plague, I ordered a PS5 pro at the start of April, a month passed, no update, no reply to the multiple emails, I ended up getting a full refund from my credit card provider.
Scam site, just buy it elsewhere, it's not worth the hassle.

Order was delivered safely and at scheduled time but not great on quick replies

An absolute scam. Ordered a ps5 pro and requested to cancel the order after more than a month passed without any updates. They allegedly cancelled and refunded the order, but after several weeks (and a few emails later), there's still no signs of the refund. Will have to go to my credit card company to get the refund. Avoid this company like the plague.

Great service, Yoshi S2 game was sent two days early shame royal mail delivered it one day late but I still got it on day of release. Cheaper than other retailers will use again

This company took my money and never provided my Switch 2. When I tried to contact them, multiple times after the delivery due date, they never responded.

I had to make a claim through my bank for a refund of the money they stole from me, and they are contesting that - despite now cancelling the order and having never delivered it.

Avoid this company at all costs and please report your experiences so we all know to avoid them.

Apparently my dispute may continue for a total of 3 months.

Never received my goods asked for a refund but getting ignored stay away folks not worth it

PS5 Pro never arrived. Ordered back in March but never heard back from Gurpal about it. Annoyingly I ordered another PS5 back in February and it arrived within 2 weeks.

I waited for almost a month after their anticipated dispatch date and still haven't received the £700+ worth of products I ordered, so I've commenced legal action. I contacted them numerous times, but they just ignored me.
I raised a claim with my bank, and they even disputed my claim. I have paid over £700 for products I never received, they never sent a refund, and still have the cheek to dispute my refund.
This company and those that own it are a complete disgrace and are fraudsters.
AVOID.

Ordered a nintendo switch 2 with Mario Kart on march 27th.Its now 15th May and i still havent received it.I have sent 5 emails to which i got a reply(about 7 weeks ago) saying it would be sent the next week.Heard nothing since then.Absolutely woeful company with no customer care skills whatsoever.Contacting fraud team.

Gave the benefit of the doubt despite mixed reviews as I wasn't in a hurry for my product and ordered on creditcard to be able to reclaim my money if things progressed poorly. Ordered switch 2 bundle, deadlines missed, over 30 days, no response from multiple emails over 2 weeks, have since reclaimed money via bank and ordered elsewhere. Company is not fit for purpose, absolutely scamming people of time and money. Disgraceful and deserve to be shut down. Avoid

Absolutely disgusting experience with this 'retailer'

I placed an order well over a month before I needed, I then contacted them via email to make sure this would be delivered just before I needed for my sons birthday, they replied around 4 days after and assured me it would come way before I needed it. Then 1 week went by, then 2, then 3. I contacted them again and didn't receive a response, after
5 days I emailed again and again, they responded over a week later and said they were preparing my item for shipping. My tracking details did not update, after days I then contacted them AGAIN and after no response it got to FIVE DAYS before I needed this item, after waiting patiently for over a whole month, there was no option for me to cancel my order so I then had to raise a claim with my bank to get a refund and luckily was refunded in 2 days and managed to go out and buy this in my local store. Not happy with them or my experience at all and would rate 0 stars if I could.

Ordered the Switch 2 bundle on the 27th of March. It never came. No updates either apart from the website extending the back ordered date. After multiple emails to chase, there was no response. When I emailed again last week for a refund, I received a response within a few hours the amount would be refunded within 7-10days.

Did not receive my order after two months. No proper communication. Awful experience.
