Evaporation and Customer Support Issues
Galleria Parfums sent me a sample scent pack. The bottles had major evaporation issues. I literally only sprayed once and then put the samples away. Next time I came back, the samples were nearly empty. I can get if it had been a year, but it was within 3 months (had other things on my plate, with other samples I was going through).
It was impossible to get any response from their support, and after several weeks and follow-up emails, I did get a response, but they just asked for more pictures and then never got back to me.
Ash from Gent Scents has done videos on evaporation and has ripped other companies for poor customer support, so I'm surprised that the company that represents "his" line both has evaporation issues AND support issues.
Not happy with my experience.
I do love the fragrances, however. I probably would have purchased, but this has left a very bad taste in my mouth/smell in my nose, as it were.
