Easy process for selling my iPhone Air. Quote I was offered was fair. Payment was remitted as promised 2 days after the device was delivered to them. They use Tipalti for the bank transfer payments which is secure. Would use again in the future.

I was pretty nervous sending my iPhone to a company that was new to me. But GadgetGone responded quickly with their evaluation and price, both of which I thought were reasonable. The same day I accepted their offer, they had my funds (digital gift card) emailed from a third party named Prizeout. I was again rather nervous about whether that was a legitimate company, and whether my digital gift card would really work. I was really pleased when the gift card transactions worked smoothly at my chosen retailer. I recommend GadgetGone as a reliable company, and I would certainly use them again.

Absolutely a racket. Do not use them. I sent in a phone without any damage. They send back a very low offer for it. I asked for photos. They sent me a photo of a severely cracked camera lens—that did not exist when I wrapped it and sent it off. How do I know? Because I took a lens wipe to it, the back of the phone, and the screen before I sent it in!) And because I asked for photos, they were like oh hey! We don’t want to lose you so we’ll raise the offer by $13 (from $21 to $34. The original estimate was $64.)
Bait & switch SCAM company. Sold my Iphone, online quote was 25% higher than what they paid.
Will never use them again. DISHONEST group.
Will never trust them again
My experience with Gadget Gone was simple and efficient. Selling my old electronics was quick, and I dot a fair price with no hassle. It's a convenient option for anyone looking to recycle or sell gadgets.

The company was excellent! Not only did I get the amount they promised for my cell phone, they said my phone was in better condition than described! I received even more than I thought! I would recommend this company to anyone interested in getting a buy back of their cell phone.

Terrible experience! They quoted me $33 for my cell phone then falsely claimed that it had a "ghost image" and revised their offer to only $5. I had to submit two separate demands that they return my device before they finally agreed to return it. Afterwards, too late, I found out that they have MANY negative reviews on Reddit and elsewhere (but for some reason not very many on Trustpilot.) Many users have made similar claims to mine of shady business practices, saying that their offers were drastically downgraded because of non-existent damages. If I could give them zeros stars, I would.
What a great company! Not only do they offer great prices for your devices and quick turnaround payment plans, they are seriously the nicest and most communicative buyback company I have worked with. I love how personal and responsive their staff is. I highly recommend them over and over!

Very easy process, payment came in a reasonable amount of time in the correct amount. I had a few questions that were answered very quickly. They also had a text option which was convenient. Would definitely do business with again.

I have dealt with GadgetGone for several years now and they are hands down the best. They come through promptly and they treat their customers beyond fair with their offers. At this point, I would not even consider any other company to sell my iPhone to each year when I upgrade. I highly recommend this company to anyone that wants a steam lined experience selling their tech devices.

I sent my phone to Gadget Gone under a price-lock quote, only to be told it arrived late — only after providing photo proof of the postmarked receipt did they retract that claim. Then, my phone was downgraded from “flawless” to “good” without ever providing the photos I requested of my actual device.
The whole process feels like a tactic: claim a missed deadline or nitpick condition to justify lowering offers, hoping most customers won’t push back. Their own website shows “Brand New” and “Flawless” as separate tiers, yet they seem to hold “flawless” to the same impossible standard as brand new, which makes no sense for a lightly used phone.
I’m pushing back on principle, but overall the experience has been frustrating, lacking transparency, and has left me questioning their business practices.
The process was quick, including evaluation of the phone and payment. Gadget Gone paid more than the quote.

This was my first time using this company to sell them 2 of my old phones. The initial selling process/form was easy and fast. I received constant emails with updates and when I reached out to them for some questions, they answered quickly and efficiently. Very happy with my experience with them, definitely recommend and will use them again in the future. Thanks Team!!
