Just scamers

bought a key for lower price than the original purchase would have been. works just fine. all good.

The platform is great but the sellers offer items that are nothing like described.
An account for a software turns out to be a team account which is shared accross team with no privacy.
Later it seems the original item was removed and added under a different page, just so you can't review the original item, since you didn' t buy the new one.
I did the mistake once. ;-(

False advertising. Refuses refunds

I bought “Code Vein II (PS5) – PSN Account – GLOBAL” from the seller "Game_x" on G2A, and the entire experience has been nothing but a problem from the moment I tried to log in. The email and password worked, so at first I thought everything was fine, but as soon as I reached the 2‑step verification screen, everything fell apart. The seller had included a list of backup security codes in the purchase details, and these codes are supposed to work immediately after entering the password. That’s literally what backup codes are for. I entered them exactly as instructed, and every single one failed. I even tried entering them in the PSN “backup codes” area under “Sign In Using a Backup Code,” just to be thorough, and they still didn’t work. The codes were invalid from the start.
I contacted the seller the same day through the item inquiry and sent screenshots showing the codes failing. The seller first told me to try the codes again, even though I had already shown proof that they didn’t work, and then right after asked me to change my negative feedback, even though nothing had been fixed. I tried again anyway and sent more evidence. Later that same day, after I provided him with a short video evidence, the seller told me, “Give me time to see”. After that, he completely stopped responding. It has now been several days with no reply at all.
I opened a support ticket with G2A and explained everything again, including the screenshots and the video link. The ticket clearly shows that the codes don’t work, the seller has gone silent, and I still can’t access the account I paid for, yet they are still silent. I’ve been left waiting with no solution and no working product. The account was never accessible from the moment I received it, and the seller has done nothing to resolve the issue.
This whole experience has been extremely frustrating. I paid for a game I can’t play, the seller stopped responding after receiving my evidence, and I feel like both G2A and the seller are ghosting me. Based on what I’ve gone through, I cannot recommend G2A or this seller to anyone. If something goes wrong, you’re basically left on your own with a broken product and no real support. It's a scam.

Bought random key bundle, got same game multiple times in the same bundle. Seller didn't care and they were rude. I dont recommend. Will try their competition next time.

I was hesitant to purchase because of the low price for Batman, but so far it has been working perfectly and I was able to use the codes on Steam no problem!

I bought the wrong item and they refused to refund me even that i did not used the license.
The seller gave me "the finger" and even if i want to install the software, it is not possible since it want me to uninstall my office suite that i bought.

Their prices are excellent, but in reality, this doesn't distinguish them from other sites. However, in my personal experience, they seem reliable in their after-sales services and have excellent customer support.

I have been with G2A for a very long time. After being scammed from a seller for 130 dollars I cannot recommend this company. I was supposed to be given a code for 12 months of YouTube premium and instead a link that did not work. They did nothing about a black and white issue that involved pictures and communications from seller. They know about these scams, but they let them happen. We will taking this story to a large social media platform as others have been impacted by this practice. They clearly know it is happening, but leave their customers in the dark.

It was about $10 cheaper than going through the nintendo shop.

I bought LEGO City Undercover for $6.80, instantly got the Steam key, redeemed it, and it worked flawlessly. I had this game on my Wii U, and I’m about to relive some memories.
