Very good for a third party site, but the taxes are.....

Purchasing Pragmata (and other games) was simple and without issue. Prices were good. The only thing I would urge is to please make sure the studios/developers are getting their cut to support them. I was reading reviews on G2A to learn if it was a legitimate platform (read mixed things) and some were saying that buying games on G2A does not benefit the developers and a big reason I buy games is to support the kind of games I want to be playing vs. the woke trash that a lot of studios like Ubisoft is trying to shove down our throats. So if G2A can just make sure the developers get a % of their cut, that would be perfect. I am in a position where I would pay a few dollars more on Steam if it meant that developers are getting their cut so to encourage the type of games I want to see. I hope that makes sense. Thanks.

It was wonderful to buy from g2a especially since it’s not a scam and got delivered fast. The key and all that was good and working and I’m happy for it.

I did a purchase and then followed the complex unfamiliar way to activate the purchase but hence it didn't work.

G2A is a wonderful key website, you have all sorts of platforms to choose from, and the prices are CHEAP if you look hard enough. I love the spin the wheel weekend. Every day for the weekend, you can spin to get up to 25% off on up to 3 products. Recently I bought Mad Max and The Lego Movie Videogame off of then and they are perfect. I love this marketplace.

Fast, secure, and exactly as described!

I purchased an Adobe Acrobat Pro 2018 (PC) 1 Device - Adobe Key - GLOBAL. First I bought this item for my colleague and the key did not work; after I contacted the seller, they provided another key together with a download link for Adobe Acrobat Pro DC 2020. That replacement key worked for my colleague and I left a positive review. Later I bought the same item again for myself. The same issue happened and the seller sent me exactly the same key that was already used by my colleague. Since it worked at that time, I did not complain and again left a good review. After around 10 days, my installation started showing the message: 'This unlicensed Adobe app is not genuine and will be disabled soon'. I contacted the seller on April 28, 2026 (the items was purchased on April 18, 2026) through the proper item option, described everything and provided a screenshot of the error, but the seller has not replied. Then I sent a message to G2A support but nobody replied till now. And today (May 3, 2026) I received an email that conversation with the seller has been closed even though I did not close it and was waiting for their response.

I have mentioned the order number in Reference Number section, so G2A admins can verify it. Also it's sad that I have already left a good review for the seller and now I'm not able to change it, so new buyer will be misguided by good review.
