We got g network to our new place and the support and the service from the team - Luis who got the connection to our place was amazing. He found a solution when we didnt want to drill a new cable and he was so professional and helpful. Thank you!

Excellent Engineer, Failed Delivery Promise wanted to share some feedback…

I wanted to share some feedback following the completion of our recent network installation.
First and foremost, Leon and the installation team deserve real recognition. The work on-site was carried out to an excellent standard, professional, thorough, and clearly done by someone who takes pride in their craft. Leon was communicative throughout, handled the technical aspects with confidence, and left everything clean and properly commissioned. That side of the job was genuinely impressive.
Unfortunately, the same cannot be said for the back office experience. We were given a delivery commitment that was missed by a full two weeks. That kind of delay has a knock-on effect, it pushed our go-live date, created unnecessary uncertainty, and required us to manage expectations internally that should never have needed managing. Promising a delivery window you cannot meet isn’t just an inconvenience, it erodes trust.
The disconnect between the quality of the field team and the reliability of the back office coordination is stark. I’d encourage the business to take a hard look at how delivery timelines are quoted and communicated, and to ensure commitments are realistic before they’re made.
Overall: 5 stars for Leon and the installation crew. The back office needs to raise its game significantly.

Perfect Installation, but …

Installation was scheduled for my preferred day, Leon arrived as advised and did a super smooth job. Very tidy, no mess at all and we found the perfect spot for the new router. Signal is strong near the router, but nonexistent just a few meters away in the next room (1 bedroom flat). This was not tested with the engineer, and I had to research myself + contact customer service.
Solution was for me to change channels on the router, which I find a disappointing experience.
Overall, more hassle than with my old BT connection unfortunately.
