Future Renovations UK Reviews

Excellent customer service from start to finish was very happy with the results , windows are of high quality would recommend to friends and family .

Future Renovations fitters replaced good quality,7 windows and 2 doors. Really pleased with work carried out. Some one suggested another well known company. But glad I choose future renovation no fuss , fitter were very tidy, never would have know work had been carried out it was left very clean. Over all a very happy customer.

I have just had new windows and doors completed by future renovations and I can highly recommend them from start to finish, all their staff have been extremely helpful a special thank you to Ellie. The fitting of the windows and doors were done quickly and efficiently by 3 young men so a big thank you to them.I would highly recommend this company 100% a big thank you to all

The porch looks good but with a few minor problems to start with (the hinges required ajusting but FR uk did not beleive me). and now one of the doors his not locking so I have to fill in a 15 page document and return it with any photo's that I have taken. NOT HAPPY.

Job was done within a day very quick worked their socks off the door handles were slightly loose in constant contact to get the issue solved soon

SCAM ALERT
Do not use them. Apart from being pressurised into agreeing an order on the day, they are useless. Tried to cancel my order within 7 days and ask for a refund. No response to emails. Everytime i ring them they say they will get back to me after speaking to accounts but never do. It has been two months now. Will be taking it further as what they are doing is against the law

Amazing service, quick and reliable. Customer service and aftercare team are fantastic. 100% recommend

Honestly a little bumpy with price issue which was sorted though the workmen were professional and company kept me updated with the delays . Which was not a problem .

The team were friendly who came to fit the patio finished the job on time and vacuumed inside the house and cleared up out side

Would recommend and have further work done from the company 👍

really friendly in person service. from the beginning, everyone was welcoming and polite. communication between finance being accepted to arranging a date for the windows being fitted was slow (but expected due to covid).
workmen were respectful and tidied up the house after finishing.

Excellent service, polite, never stopped from start to finish, lovely windows and door cleaned up when finished...would highly recommend.

Fitters were excellent, professional and cleaned afterwards, very friendly, highly recommended.
