The service was smooth and quick. Very professional. All staff were nice. The telephone staff, the man who came to test the doors and windows, the man who took measurements, and the boys who came to install the door were exceptionally good. The door is of high standard and cheaper as compared to other companies.

Customer service is fantastic very eager to please.sales person was not pushy and gave us a fantastic price work carried out quick and cleanly and after care has been second to none

Everyone involved in the process from the initial phone call to having my windows fitted were very kind and professional. The fitting team worked really hard without a break. The advisor, surveyor and the ladies in the office were all really helpful. It’s all anyone could ask.

Avoid this company at all cost!!! Big scam!!!
Taking deposits and then avoiding all contact.
Representative named Asghar came to my house back in March for a free consultation and took a £1000 deposit, surveyor came out a week later after that never heard from them. Made numerous calls and would always hear the same thing that someone would call me back never did.
So i followed the complaints procedure again was told someone would call me to resolve the matter, never did. After contacting citizens advice and following their advice contacted them again to inform them it was now a breach of contract on their part.
I was then contacted by someone who referred to themselves as Sam and reassured me she would personally help resolve the situation, apologised for the lack of communication and would get back to me, obviously she never did nor will she answer my calls!!!

I have now made numerous attempts to try and get a response but nothing. 8 long months later and they have still not carried out a service that I paid for or given me a refund!! Disgusting that they are taking peoples money and then avoiding any form of communication!

Absolutely ecstatic with our new made to measure patio doors. They replace a standard door with window and brickwork below, and now really opens the space up and look fantastic.The fitters were brilliant, very polite and total perfectionists, I couldn’t of asked for more. The price was good too for made to measure, all the old taken away and a clean up after. We literally couldn’t be happier with the service from start to finish. Highly recommended.

I would highly recommend future renovation to my family and friends. The staff are very friendly and always quick to reply and Sammy did an excellent job on getting my window fitted, making my house look beautiful.

We had a visit from a Future renovations rep called Danuel and he was very helpful and explained in great detail about the double glazing we would be getting if we liked what we were told and saw from his sample window he brought. Must admit he was great and very friendly and not pushy at all ( something Safe style reps should be like ). We ordered 8 new windows and 2 sets of French doors and we were very happy with the price. A very lovely and friendly lady called Sue help us all the way from start till when the guys came to fit the new units. On Wednesday the 5th October the fitters Ricky and Kyle turned up and introduced themselves and told us how they would be doing the windows and doors. After that they put down dust sheets in all the rooms and as soon as that was done, they started taking out the upstairs windows first. Once they had them out they started to put the new windows in. Then they came down and started on the downstairs window's and doors. They didn't stop for dinner as they said they like to start and keep going until everything is finished. They only little break was when wifey Bev made them a coffee and gave them some Jaffa cakes. As soon as they had there coffee they were back at work. Ricky and Kyle make a great team and obviously like working with each other and had a bit of banter with each other and I think that helps as if your friends as well as workmates you work harder and better. They finished at around half past 5 and cleaned up after all the windows and doors were put in. Ricky also explained about the doors and how they worked and other bits about the windows. We found it an enjoyable experience.
