I am someone who has bought 10+ heated overthrow/blankets from this company as gifts. I have been purchasing them for over a year and they are the largest thickest blankets going in comparison to places like Argos. The measurements were 180x130cm. The controller is v easy to use too.
My only niggle is out of the 10-15 purchased 2 have stopped working. It was then we realised the plugs are converter plugs. Those two blankets were purchased a year ago. I have purchased the controller separately which seems to have done the trick.
The delivery is quick. I’m hoping there’s no faults in the long run with the newer purchases.

Quick delivery and a quality heavy-duty product. I had bought a similar cover elsewhere online and it said it was heavy duty but the material was thin and it arrived with broken flimsy catches so I sent it back, While this was slightly more expensive it was a far superior product. It's worth paying a bit extra for.

Received within a few days with notification when it would arrive.

My heaters broke within 2 months and they have ignored my request for either replacements or refund.

Do not buy from such a rip off company..

Electric blanket went faulty in warranty. New replacement sent without problems. Not often you get such good service these days.

Futura Direct stopped answering my emails for a warranty issue. You can find a telephone number online but an automated voice immediately instructs you to send an email to an email address that is rejecting emails. I guess from my experience that
they have little interest in their warranty or any sort of customer service.

Excellent customer service. Great heated blankets, I have purchased multiple heated blankets over the last few years for myself and to give as gifts.

Easy checkout and quick delivery. I was a bit disappointed with the heated blanket as it doesn’t really get that warm.

Very easy to order and delivery was quicker than expected and easy to install on to the wall. Works well and very pleased with its performance and looks nice.

Futura were great with the dispatch but it took two days for Evri to deliver the items paid for as next day delivery. Good quality items which are simple to operate.

My electric throw stopped working whilst still under guarantee. Futura promptly sent a replacement controller but the issue lies with the internal connection according to the display on the new controller and a new throw is required. Futura have not responded to my emails regarding this, and so their guarantee is worthless.
UPDATE 5/12/2023: I have now had a response and they have stated they will issue a refund. I will update further once the refund is received.
BELATED UPDATE: As good as their word, Futura did issue a full refund and apology for a replacement not being available.

Contacted this company directly via their website as I needed their advice before purchasing a replacement controller for a heated blanket.

They linked me to one on their website which they stated was the right unit, so I bought it. It turned up fairly quickly but it was the wrong item, the connector fitment was totally different.

Trying to engage them to arrange/accept a refund is ridiculously slow, and basically very poor service hence why I’m leaving this review.

If they sort it out I’ll amend this, but I am far from impressed and couldn’t recommend them based on my experience.

Edited to add - I finally received a full refund. The fact it took leaving a review here to get them to take any action whatsoever means I’m not changing my review score. I would not use or recommend.
