They called me to verify my order and then ship it out. Shipment came in a timely manner and product was in good condition. No damage during shipping. It is comfortable and supportive for my back. Great Quality!

I had a specific desire for size, pattern, and color and found what I wanted using the choices available. I ordered the futon cover without problems. The order was further verified before Futonland sent the item and it was shipped and received as expected. I was very happy with what I received and will not hesitate to order from them again.

KJ and Igor were super nice with helping us with our new bed frame. They made shipping possible incredibly fast, even making some calls to the warehouses! Futonland made it easy to order a futon cover that fit my futon well. Even received a call to confirm details. They made some minor changes to the order. The cover was a bit hard to get on but that allowed for a good-looking fit. Thanks!

Great futon! Took a bit to assemble, but looks nice and sleeps nice. I was a bit nervous to order online, but it worked out great! If you prefer a firm mattress, this one has you covered. I guess if you're going to be sleeping on this a lot and prefer a softer mattress, I might recommend getting a topper of some sort. Unfortunately, I don't have my order in front of me, so I can only tell you I ordered one of the 10" mattresses.

The representative was very helpful! He discussed the merits of each type of mattress and explained which ones he thought would work best with our frame. He also suggested a mattress cover, which I would have overlooked. We have set up the new futon and are very pleased! Altogether an A+ experience.

I received Excellent advice and Igor took his time to show me several futons throughout the store that fit what I was looking for he was very patient. Highly recommended.

Igor found the futon frame we wanted in the warehouse and had the box opened so we could see it before buying. He also guided us to choose the cover and protector for the futon mattress and had the warehouse staff put them on the mattress before we took it away. It was great customer service!

The ordering and delivery service was great but the unit was short four short bolts for the slats and four 60mm bolts for the frame. We had to make what we can get at the local hardware store work. Once assembled, the unit met our expectations.

Customer service was great all along the way - from the initial order, through questions I had later on. The futon frame, mattress and cover have been great so far. Very comfortable. Delivery was smooth and easy.

My futon came with what looked to be stress cracks in both grand arms. My Futonland support rep had sent out FSN to to do the repairs on the arms but they were only there for 15 minutes and did a horrible job. I was not home at the time to ask questions so I had my roommate let him in. All FSN did is fill in some not all of the cracks with some type of glue and left quickly. I know this is good product and I am so disappointed with what I have received for the money that I paid. This was supposed to be ready for guests coming in from out of town and now it is not. I can’t even put it together.

Finding the futon we wanted was easiest on this website. Plus buying the right mattress was a key to our purchase. The delivery was well coordinated and done as expected. We like these guys and their customer service.

The product arrived on time and the delivery folks were efficient and accommodating. The assembly was done by a friend and his daughter and they did not think it was complicated. Nice looking piece of furniture and seems well made.
