He is a SCAMMER! His companies will take your money but won't deliver the Goods. No telephone contact number available, numerous emails sent, no tracking info and on the few occasions they have responded, I'm told the same thing 'we can see you order has been dispatched' then nothing further. Highly disappointed and light to the tune of £20. Just onto my bank now to get wheels in motion to raise a dispute. This company is registered in Knaresborough, Yorkshire and the money appears in the account of to a computer software company in Amsterdam!! . DO NOT USE EITHER OF THESE COMPANIES!!

As others have said this is the same director as Not In The Dog House which had 89% one star reviews for the past 12 months on Trustpilot most of which refer to taking money for goods that are never delivered.
Avoid this company, Not In The Dog house and any other company this scammer sets up.

same company director Will Wright for not in the dog house and coffee-box. See reviews. He should be in jail, as he is obviously taking money and doing an exit scam by going insolvent. Done it before, and he is starting another company soon.

Much the same story as everyone else on here. I ordered 2 items of furniture a year ago, and paid over £250. At first they responded to emails, were apologetic, and I was understanding because of the pandemic. But over time they just stopped responding, and now I am trying to get my money back through my bank. They seem to be scammers, unfortunately, and I wish I had checked here before trying to buy from them.

Take your money, no delivery of items, stops communication, and then send email saying how do you like your received product.

My bank have been great, refunding money, and reporting further for fraud action.
Made mistake of buying product before checking on here for reviews.

Seems alot of people same issue, informed my bank and they are taking it further.

I will be informing Trading Standards and Police Action Fraud, also as this is fraud, a scam and thieving peoples money.

Do yourself a favour and do not buy anything from this company.

This company is basically stealing peoples money and not sending any items you pay for, as money taken quickly, but no items received.

Thinking of Twitter warning people also.

I am reporting them to trading standards and action fraud for non delivery of goods. I am also pursuing a section 75 claim as they completely ignore all communication. This company definitely appears to be a scam.

2. REPORT THIS BUSINESS TO ACTIONFRAUPOLICE.CO.UK AND TRADING STANDARDS VIA CITIZENS ADVICE.

After months of no response from this guy. I decided to do some digging. I thought he’s not getting away with this. So after a bit of research found his address on companies house was actually his home address. It is by far the worst company I have ever dealt with online and won’t be using again. But did manage to get the furniture in the end. But can see so many people haven’t. Which is the reason I have put these details on. If he isn’t willing to send items out that he has sold, he shouldn’t be trading. He is basically stealing everyone’s money and shame on him for doing this to people. Hope you all get what you’ve ordered

The customer service is not getting back to me for over two months, and they have taken my payment for a bedside table over £100 back then, yet I have had no update about my delivery and am still waiting for my item. They seem to be a fraudulent company, as they are not getting back to my enquiries and still have my money. I don't know how to get my money back.

Sucked in by pretty product at cheap price. Ordered and paid for two months ago and still hasn't arrived. I've had a couple of 'reassuring' emails to say that delivery is being arranged etc but have finally given up and am seeking a refund through my credit card company. No phone number and last three emails have gone unanswered :o(

Items slightly cheaper than elsewhere to suck you in.
Then you get the email saying there’s a delay but would you like a 10% refund?
But guess what, you never get your goods or the refund.

Good news update. Credit card refunded me within a week so must be aware of this fraudulent website.

How is this company still in operation?!? They are still advertising the cabinet I ordered 3 months ago as being in stock! Numerous emails asking for delivery update, after 30 days I asked for a full refund, as it is my legal right. Still nothing 3 months later. I think it’s time I & others who have experienced this fraud report to the police fraud department. Really easy to do, complete a simple form with detail and submit. They will investigate and won’t take them long to see how many people have had their money stollen. Won’t let me add the link but just Google Action Fraud Police - the website is called action fraud & is the official way to report to the police.
