The worst experience ever!
I ordered a corner sofa in advance for an important event at home. Not only did they fail to deliver it on time as promised on their website, but that wasn’t even the worst part. When they finally delivered, it was the wrong side! The delivery driver was rude and unhappy, and when I tipped him to help carry it into my flat, he demanded even more money.

I decided to give them a second chance—what a mistake that was! After a total waiting time of four months, they finally delivered again, only to bring two pieces in two different colors!

I had to take time off work for the delivery, as they said there were no other available slots. And when I asked about compensation, they responded, “No one asked you to take time off.” What a shocking approach to customer service! Even after I filed an official complaint, they didn’t bother to reply.

Absolutely disgusting and unacceptable. Never again! I strongly recommend avoiding this company, as the quality of their furniture is also so poor.

We have ordered sofa from website and drawer as well! First problem was with backwall of drawer. It was simply smaller then drawer and was not covering the whole back of it. Secondly, on the 3rd sofa broke. I am was sleeping with 1 year old in a bed(I am 55kg for reference) and it broke. My weight simply was enough for thing wooden board to break. The answer from them was to send replacement for our own money. Do not trust them and avoid at any cost!

The guys got the sofa out next to the staircase, which is about 9 or 10 steps. They left in under 3min. My wife is now alone, trying to get it upstairs on her own. And you charge £80 for delivery!? What is wrong with you? Inhuman people. They asked for £40 for taking it up 10 stairs, which would have taken them extra 2min for all the pieces. So obviously, my wife declined and asked a neighbour who is a young woman to help, and they got it up. Furnipol left a woman on her own insted if being a tiny bit human. Ridiculous and awful experience. Let's hope the sofa is of decent quality because the dekivery guys left in under 3 minutes without letting my wife inspect the item at all.

Update: Sofa is as expexted and actually good quality for the price but the service of £80delivery charge is tragic. No response from Furnipol, no apologynor anything. Just told me to look up T@C's

Great fast service

The sofa looks nice in sitting position ,comfy to sit on i and good value regards price range but we wanted a comfortable convertible sofa bed for our guests . And when the sofa is extended it is everything but comfortable to sleep on, the middle part is so much higher than the rest of the sleeping surface , makes it impossible to sleep. We have spent additional 200 £ to replace the middle part with another company to have an even flat surface to be able to sleep and also we bought an additional mattress topper to put on to make it comfortable.
The sofa arrived in time but the delivery is only suppose to deliver your item to the front door.( It is also stated on their website which is okay) . We live in a 1st floor flat and we asked them if it is possible to help us carry up the sofa. They were helpful but I was asked " How much would it worth for you If we carry up your 100 kg sofa to 1 st floor".....I did not know how much should I say ...How much is ok and I asked them to tell us their price. They said 30 £.... As We usually don`t keep cash with us we had to transfer the money online to one of their personal bank account....I mean it is ridiculous and so unprofessional. If it would have been added as an additional cost for the bank card payment which we did after the sofa was delivered for us would have been okay, but transfer to their on account a 30 £ as they carried the sofa up...I was shocked. I believe It shouldn`t happen this way...

Amazing service from start to finish!

Ordered my sofa end of July and came exactly 6 weeks later. The quality is amazing, much better than I expected because of the price.

It was delivered to the minute I was told by the company. Bart the delivery driver was brilliant, one piece was a little bigger than we thought.

With no issue he went to the van took the feet off, help it into the house and re attached.

Will 100% use again

Sofa bought in Jan 2023, in Feb 2023 emailed to let them know the leg had broken, a replacement was sent. Emailed them recently as another LEG has BROKEN and they no longer stock. Poor quality, poor service.

Very poor and unprofessional customer service, the complaint took 3 months to resolve. In a mean time I could not put my furniture together, as 1 piece for the cupboard was wrong, so it was all in boxes in my living room. 35 working days to resolve the complaint is a joke, and still when the part did not arrive pass 35 days I wouldn't know that the manufacturer had a 2 weeks holiday break which is not included in waiting time if I didn't call them multiple times! The part did arrive in the end, but I ordered and paid for the furniture in May, and put it all together in August!! Avoid!

Three separate times I purchased from them and three different times was amazed by the value for the money, wide range/choise/variations of the products, customer service quality, high delivery class and overall shopping experience.
Thank you very much for delivering to this far part of the world (very north of Scotland) when even local companies refuse to even with a delivery surcharge.
Definitely be using them again.
(For interest I bought a wardrobe with slidding doors, living room unit, sofa bed - very easy to assemble, clear instructions)

The worst company I have ever dealt with. The sofa fell apart after two months. Of course, the complaint was not accepted and the communication was terrible, after several phone calls no one was able to answer any of my questions sensibly. Stay away from this company.

I love my new sofa from Furnipol! It is super comfy, great colour, very good quality, easy to assemble. For the price I couldn't be happier. The Customer Service is excellent, they answered all my questions, kept me updated, always happy to help. I am sure I would pay a lot more for exactly the same sofa in high street shops.
