I paid for priority shipping and the order was not even picked up by the carrier after 4 days. Reaching out to customer support just ended with being told to wait longer. Horrible company and service. Better to just order elsewhere.

I had an account with Fullscript and I tried to get back on it. Unfortunately I tried to start a new one which did not work. I first tried to work through with the automated help which suggested dealing with an agent. The person I got to deal with was very helpful and discovered that I had a email address change.
