Outstanding customer service
I had a family emergency and needed to be overseas for months so I couldn’t return my shoes by the original deadline. Fuego was extremely empathetic of the situation and kindly extended the return date. In addition to that, their promptness in replying emails in other occasions as well has been nothing but outstanding. One of the best customer service I encountered in years.

I love how these sneakers are so stylish and the performance in the sneakers are phenomenal! Will definitely recommend to any and everyone! I also love how comfy they are! I usually dance for like an hour to sometimes two hours and my feet weren’t hurting at all! Definitely a 10/10!

Payment not working
My payment was not going through. I had to try with 3 different cards to finally got the payment accepted. Not sure if this is because my cards are from Mexico. That was the only bad thing about my purchase.
