Unauthorised Charges

I have had the same experience like others with this company. On the 22nd of March, the sum of £19.90 was taken. While I was still battling with refund another one was taken on the 5th of April. I have raised it with my credit card provider just for them to tell me that it is a reoccurring charges. Please how? Someone should tell me this is not real. I need urgent action to the email sent to your support.

Bogus modus operandi

Never heard about this company and how they got access to my bank account. Luckily my bank detected the transaction as fraudulent and they stopped the payment. Came across them by searching the company name and found this no in TrustPilot I’m truly alarmed to know that there is other costumers writing reviews posting 5 starts for prompting action, devolving funds immediately. The concern is that we all are unaware of how they had access to the accounts as a shipping subscription. The transparency should come immediately by informing the costumer, how the subscription was made in the first place. Then a review of 5 stars would be valid. This makes me to question the modus operandi.

Excellent - awesome Miss Nancy solved the problem fast and smooth - she cancelled my membership and refunded me the money without any troubles ....

This company is a scam

This company is a scam. They have taken £305 from my account over 5 months without my knowledge. I have never heard of them or ever agreed to sign up to any bogus subscription. It is extremely concerning that they are attaching themselves at shipping to online retailers and then being able to access people’s bank accounts to set these up.

I have never received any correspondence from them regarding the subscription or ‘service’ they are supposedly supplying.

I have reported them to Santander’s Fraud Department and emailed Radio 4 to hopefully get them featured on the you and yours feature.

I don’t know what company I purchased items from but checking my bank account the only unusual purchase I made was with SHEIN.

If you contact them ‘Nancy O’ does respond and offers a refund, which reinforces my concern that the business model may rely on customers not noticing the charges in the first place.

I have still not received a full refund from the company.

After I explained that we had made a mistake in signing up for and requested a refund. I had a reply within 24 hrs from Nancy to say a refund would be issued. She was very polite in her e.mail. I had another e.mail from her saying she was glad to solve the problem again the e.mail was very polite. She is definitely a star and replys very quickly. Well done Nancy

I was very confused when payments came out of my account for this company
However when I emailed to get a refund Nancy O was very attentive and quick to respond to my email concerns
My issue was resolved within 48hrs
