Fruugo dealt with my issue swiftly and correctly. You have to remember that Fruugo is an online vendor and is a go between you and the company you purchase the item from. When I had a problem with an item (never had an issue with purchases from Fruugo before) for the first time - they stepped in and rectified the matter.
