Worst experience with online shopping
Worst experience with online shopping, placed an order, and the retailer has not replied to any message. It's been over a week now, and the retailer has still not responded or sent the item. Good luck finding anyone who is willing to or can offer any assistance from fruugo; they simply do not care about supporting fraudulent retailers.

Product was accurate to description even when it came from China, arrived in good condition. Product description doesn't say how much of the item is legitimate though.

I ordered 2 strainer stands and 4 bags. I received 1 of each & I have been trying to contact them for days. I can't lodge an enquiry as it has been throwing a fault for days.
