Have been using it just over a week and I can already feel the difference in my skin. And see it especially around the eyes which has surprised me.
The site itself was not very clear, that is to say I ended up being signed up for a monthly subscription I did not want, I cancelled as soon as I realised. But it was too late for their latest order to be cancelled, I asked if I could return it as soon as it arrived and they told me no. They do not refund subscriptions after cancellation. After a few more e mails they agreed to refund me the £110.00 they took from my bank account. I returned the order on May 27th, tracked postage through Royal Mail posted to the Netherlands.
I’m still waiting. I’ve tried contacting them again but they seem to have gone silent.
So be warned if you’re ordering from Froya Organics.
The product was ok, very orange, difficult to use.
Customer Service very poor, I’ve heard nothing from them with regards to whether or not they have received the items. Or whether I’ll get my money back.
So now I’m £110.00 out of pocket and nothing to show for it.

Jason from Froya customer support was very kind and helpful. I am grateful for his attention and assistance solving my issue .
My delivery got sent back so I emailed the company and got another order sent within 24 hours. Brilliant service cant wait to try the cream
Today is only Day 1 of mature skin program, but nice packaging and the day and night balms feel GREAT. I did not get orange tinge possibly because I only used a small amount. I also do not feel that the balms are oily.
The only negative for me are the poems and goddess references. Not my thing.
Absolutely lovely experience! From day one, I felt a difference, the aroma was amazing alone, and you need very little product. It goes into the skin very easily, I especially love the Day and Night creams. I really felt like saw I difference the first day. I also have bags under my eyes, the eye cream is amazing as well, I have seen a big difference in them, in less than a month. That leaves me with the facial scrub, which is great, I really can’t complain about anything! Very happy I found them!!
Great customer support! I've wanted to pause/ cancel the subscription because of the dosage I use is so little and I still have quite some stocks, and the customer support helped me within a day on the cancellation and refunding.
I loved the products, but needed to cancel future orders for now. The service to cancel was amazingly fast, very professional and the refund went into my account the same day. Excellent company, excellent products, excellent customer service.
After receiving my order, I had a query which was answered quickly and comprehensively. I also liked the information videos that were sent after purchase.
Response was very timely and helpful. My issue was resolved quickly. It was so refreshing to work with this level of competence regarding customer support.
Great support sorting out my order. Thank you!! P.s Love your products!
Protects and moisturizes my skin very well and works well as a base for my foundation, the balm for itchy skin reactive skin
Ordered the wrinkle cream - it arrived wrapped in a black bin bag. The pot isn’t branded Froya, it is some other make not advertised on their site. Label is barely legible on the box and there is no label on the pot. I’ve emailed customer services multiple times for a refund and had no response. Has all the hallmarks of a scam site and fake product.

First off, I seek out organic, chemical-free skin care at all costs and sometimes it’s hard to find quality in that arena. Secondly, this review is not incentivized nor am I affiliated with froya. I have read many of the reviews here before leaving my own and it’s amazing how utterly critical and ridiculous some people are. I’ve been using the mature skin system for over a week now, so not super long but long enough to see results. First of all, the balms are absolutely amazing. I was already using an organic, oil-based moisturizer with sea buckthorn and had no real expectations with froya nor intent to switch. I’ve been around the block with skin care as a 50-something, well-maintained woman. The arctic plants and arnica intrigued me enough to try it. The consistency is beautiful, this is not a traditional cream. These are concentrated balms. You do not rub a bunch on your face, people! A half to full pea-sized amount should cover an average sized face and neck. After toning I press it into the skin until it’s evenly distributed. No orange cast. Your skin should feel plump and bounce back when touched. I don’t even feel like I need moisturizer in the morning after using the night cream, and I’m super dry. There is nothing in these balms that should be changed. If you can’t figure out to use less, switch brands bc this formula is perfect. Your face turning orange or getting all over your clothes/sheets is user error, not bc balms aren’t great. Blaming froya for that and giving negative reviews isn’t fair. The earthy smell also isn’t bad at all, I can’t believe people complain about that. Now for the downside: something burns my eyes when I’ve pressed it near/over eyelid and I’m not sure which one, I’ll figure it out. I also don’t love the scrub, I can’t use that to remove eye make up so it isn’t really a useful cleanser for me. That being said, I’ll use it elsewhere as it is quite coarse anyway. Overall I’m impressed and highly recommend the system for mature skin. I’m hoping it will address dark spots eventually as I use it. They’ve done a great job with these lovely ingredients and products and I wish froya a long business career.
Thank you note
My experience was the efficiency of my problem solved.

I love the products as I want to be using natural, effective products and they really do the job. I enjoy the newsletter and love the convenience of getting everything delivered to my door, especially a lovely free gift for subscribing. I am very happy.
