I conntacted them over two weeks on the 11th of June asking to cancel my order. They still sent it out, have not replied and have not refunded???

Froya is truly a great company. Not just the wonderful products with REAL ingredients, but also customer service. I wrote to the support team this morning and within minutes I received great answers to my questions and was directed to the products that would serve me the best. I would recommend this company and their products to anyone. They have something for every skin type and condition.

I was taken care of quickly and treated kindly.

It’s been 8 weeks since using the complete system for mature skin. I have used balm type products before (decleor) in my early 20’s and it was just a balm at night. I am 43 and have combination skin leaning toward dry. I don’t have lines or wrinkles yet as I have used pretty much every expensive brand out there and been very careful with my skincare routine. I actually think this is so reasonably priced considering the effect on my skin. I would easily spend more than this kit per product! My skin glows with this kit. I especially love magic wrinkle eraser night balm. I am very pale (porcelain) and the insane glow day balm is very orange but as Frøya states - it’s potent so only a tiny bit is needed. I used to use a little of the night balm mixed in with the day balm as it has more ‘slip’ and takes out some of the color of the day balm however I find that lightly misting your skin with whatever facial mist you like helps the day balm spread easier using only a little. It does seem orange at first however if you just wait and massage it a little - it sinks in and you don’t look orange! That saves me going though the night balm as quickly. The eye balm feels great - I don’t have a major problem with dark circles or puffiness - sometimes I feel like I look a little dark after a sleepless night, however, the eye balm has not had any effect of dark circles - even minor ones I sometimes have. I do believe that if you have any puffiness the balm has a lovely slip so you can do an orbital massage and lymphatic drainage around the eye area plus you can use the eye balm anywhere you have wrinkles - as I don’t have any - yet! I apply a little extra on my forehead and between my brows etc before the night balm. The rose scrub is very gentle but I find it drops bits everywhere so I can see why they recommend using it in the shower as over the sink - the bits get everywhere. It’s very gentle and like all of Frøya’s products - it has simple potent ingredients. I am always reading about ingredients and pretty much all my other expensive products - one of the first or second ingredients is away water! So it’s nice to have such well researched ingredients that have been used for centuries- probably because they really work. Sorry for the length of this review - I just feel that I wanted to explain as fully as I could - it’s an amazing find (also bought the instant blemish and redness stopper and hand balm) and they are all amazing. After 8 weeks ( although I felt a difference straight away) my skin feels so supple and nourished and I believe this is as much as a preventative as well as helping those with aging skin issues. If you find the day balm too orange - try using less and use on damp skin or over a facial mist and wait and the colour dissipates. I actually tried in half of my face!

Easy to resolve and pleasant customer service experience.

I really appreciate the products at Froya. They have made a big difference in skin’s hydration and the muscle balm has eased my post surgical pain nicely. Their customer service team is incredibly helpful and very prompt. I definitely recommend this great company!

Fantastic, quick customer support! Unfortunately I had to cancel my order, but I received a very prompt, polite email back saying, “no worries”- and everything was being taken care of.
This company and its service employees obviously truly care - not only about their products & business- but their customers and caring for their needs -even when that means canceling an order- so gracious and kind!

I had placed an order and decided a few hours later that I had changed my mind for my own personal reasons. I emailed them and was immediately answered. They were able to cancel my order and assist me with any other questions. They also offered more information on their products in case I was hesitant for any of those reasons (I was not) 10/10 recommend excellent customer service

As a customer with subscription I must say I am a bit disappointed. First, product is ok I do like nigh balm and the eye balm out of the mature skin set. I am 50/50 on the day balm, I feel like it gives the skin healthier look especially in winter, but it does stain the clothes, need 30min minimum to avoid it, and I needed top up during the day or would add night balm to prevent dryness. The face scrub I use rarely. I decided to give it ago because of ingredients, and I appreciate some tips given in emails.
I have paused my subscription earlier this year for various reasons and remembered to keep extending the pause until this month, when I forgot. Now, when you subscribe to the product be aware that you will not get a reminder that your product will send to you soon so you can decide whether to pause it further or not. If this is already your 2th,3th,4th month be sure there is no possibility to return. New customers count, old not as much. There is no possibility to cancel the order neither even if you email back 30min after receiving subscriptions renewal notification. What is frustrating my subscription was renewed on Wed, today Friday delivery update still says label was created, but order can not be cancelled. The customer service response to my question was very quick, but I was told that shelf life of the product is a year so have time to use, but this had nothing to do with a payment that was taken from my account this month…🙄anyways lesson learned. Subscription cancelled unfortunately. Will stay with companies that send the reminder, cancellation is easier, return is possible more flexibly, and always remember check all these things before buying…

I like the intense moisturising, but the day glow balm leaves you orange. The products have been of mixed consistency - I received a whole batch with hard white little balls in, where the product hadn’t been mixed properly. The face exfoliator is way too rough. I’m also not convinced there is any difference between any of the products.

I can see a difference. My skin is smoother and looks very refreshed and healthy. My forehead does not need Botox at this point and it has been a year! However, I wish the lines on the side of my mouth would be less noticeable. And, I wish my jaw line was firmer.
Almost all the red places on my face have dissipated and that is a wonderful surprise. I have had many compliments on my skin and my friends are ordering and trying it for themselves.

The products are absolutely amazing. I also love knowing everything is organic.

I had an issue with delivery and without question the support team helped within minutes. Literally minutes of my first email, I got a response and quick resolution. I’m so pleased.

First of all I like the products. I am just this week using them for the first time and really do like them. Second of all their customer service has been fantastic (which is saying a ton given how some companies are with customer service these days). I had a small issue with my initial shipment but the customer service department was quick to respond and resolved the issue right away. I definitely would recommend this company to others.

I tried the Magic revive & glow day balm.
I like the consistency but I have to say I had to stop using it, unfortunately, because no matter how little I tried to apply, my skin got tainted orange, really orange. The worst is that it stained clothes and my pillow with a really orange fatty residue. I can’t assess the effect since I had to stop using it due to this. I looked totally crazy if I went out because my face looked yellow and when I tried to only use it at night to at least use up the product, my bedsheets had to be washed every night.
Please make this product colorless or at least make it so that it doesn’t stain your face and clothes.

I have had the most horrendous itchy, scaley, red and painful rash on my neck that I've had for a couple of years. It gradually came and went and got suddenly unmanageable a month ago. I saw the Froya add campaign online on insta and after trying about 7 or 8 different things from topical steroids to fungal creams, castor oil, aloe vera, la roche pose, cera ve, apple cider vinegar you name it and nothing worked. It was getting worse and worse and looked really bad. The itching was driving me crazy..... enter Froya salve for itchy, eczema, psoriasis prone skin and woooohhaa within the first hour the itchiness had started to subside. The next morning the redness had gone down by about 30%. 48 hours on, and I really cannot believe the transformation. Im not gonna say the rash is totally gone, but its well on its way out. I could not be happier with the effectiveness of this product. It feels a little oily but my skin is so happy with the feeling of it. It feels and smells natural and I have ordered another jar and signed up for subscription. Believe the hype. This stuff is next level. Well done Froya. If you are looking for sales reps in Ireland .... Just saying! Thank-you thank-you thankyou
