Before you even get to use it, it will cost you a fortune! Expensive to start, which as a cake decorator you accept because you want the finish, however shipping cost is very high and if you order anything you need to return you have to pay equally high return cost and customs fees. So just be mindful before hitting buy! I bought as a gift and realised after they already had the size, so just wanted to swap but would end up costing close to £30 just for shipping fees. Product itself is fine, made well, but expensive for what it is.

Seriously impressed with my very first effort with the frost form - used the mock ganache recipe and it set beautifully smooth with just one tiny little bubble on the top - it would take me ages to get a ganache that perfect on a cake! Can’t wait to try it with a Swiss meringue buttercream to see how it copes with that! Fairly straightforward to use - follow the instructions carefully I was a bit awkward with it the first use but I’m sure it gets easier and faster with the more you use it! Thank you frost form!

I’ve been baking for a while and thought I’d try this out. Not very impressed. I found it really fiddly and the wrap didn’t fit around the cake properly . Digging into the cake, therefore not leaving a nice finish. The ganuche recipe on the side of the box was also a disaster and went all lumpy. So not a very good first impressions unfortunately as I had high hopes for this item, specially as it’s very expensive for what it is.

Invoices containing any personal information such as phone numbers and emails should never be posted on the outside of the box for any person during the shipping process that comes in contact with the box to review and access. Accounts have been hacked and stolen this way with tons of evidentiary support. Invoices should be packed away for privacy INSIDE the box, never taped on the outside. Very disappointed in this break of privacy.

Frost forms are really good but don't buy there horrible powder food colouring! The powder leaked out of pot it was brand new was still sticker sealed. I went to finally use them months after buying them as was using up pastes first prior. I picked them up to look at them whilst researching how to use and powder went all over the carpet. I immediately vaccumed it so it didn't activate. Stained all my hands the tub took ages to scrub off! Then a week later after doing the normal daily vaccing so should of surely all come up a week in, I went to do my normal weekly carpet clean and it's stained all my carpet. Extremely strong pigments tried all sorts to remove now costing me a bomb for a new carpet. Not happy frost form! Bought loads of them to now have binned them all pure stainers your pigment is great but not when they're not sealed properly and dust falls out when picking them up horrified!

I ordered the 7 inch and 9 inch frost form kits and wow! I have only tried the 7 inch one so far but the first cake I made with it was incredible! It was so easy to use and there is no way I would be able to make a cake look that perfect especially without much hands on time. You do need time for the cakes to cool and the frosting to set but that actual hands on time is minimal. And peeling off the frost form to reveal a perfect cake is super satisfying
