Love this product so much! saves me sooooo much time

Customer service is excellent, and shipping is very fast seeing I'm in Africa. I got all 4 of my parcels (ordered within a 6-week timespan) within a week. They are also very helpful with any questions via e-mail. Well done Frost Form team!! All the products are of a very high quality I must add. It's a very good investment you'll make.

Very easy ordering experience. My frost form arrived very quickly, despite internal shipping. Just had a chance to use it and it worked great! Straightforward instructions and cute packaging.

I haven't had a chance to use the products yet but the service I've had through ordering has been impeccable. There was an error made with my original delivery so CS were very quick and helpful in getting my order resent. They even allowed me to make a change to the order that I'd wanted to do initially but had left it too late. Really efficient and friendly communication.

I tried my FrostForm Valentine kit 2 days ago. I wish the cutter was 5.5 because there is a great than 1/4 for icing which makes it too much. Suggestion, could you put numbers on the items. Step one use item 1 (base), etc.

Product is excellent love using it

I'm a home baker, not a professional, so when I saw Frost Form online, I thought it was too expensive for me. However, I decided to treat myself at Christmas. I ordered 2 kits from the Frost Form website, and they arrived very quickly.
I have only tried one of them - the 8-inch round. It takes time and patience to straighten the liner out. I obviously didn't do it correctly as the edge stuck into my cake. I only saw it when I took the liner off, but I was able to fix it with some of the leftover buttercream. I followed the recipe from the website, and the buttercream set very well. I will try one of their ganache recipes soon.
I would definitely recommend using Frost Form, but make sure you watch a few of their tutorials first.

The Frost form is going to make my life more easier when decorating cakes. It is easy to work with. I already order a smaller one. So I am very Happy with my Frost form.

I have struggled with frosting cakes and saw the frost form and loved the way cakes looked, so I got myself one! It is easy to use, but there is a downfall and I don’t know if anyone else agrees…..after staking an putting in the fridge, it is time to fill, I used the white butter ganashe. I pored the ganashe into the form and it was all covered and put in the fridge to harden, after a couple of hours I took it out and took of the collar and the cake was perfect, it looked like a candle, so very smooth, but what I find is that the frosting is so very thick, it’s just to thick for my liking and many of friends an family say the same thing, the outer layer is far to thick….so my question is…..how do I get it to be not so thick?

Awful product. All the writing is coming off which makes it unsafe to use on food! HEALTH HAZARD! Avoid avoid avoid.
Also ignoring my emails asking for a refund so bad customer service too. For such an expensive product I expected a lot more
