Delivery is a bit of a blackbox process, but it came reasonably quick.
Pricing could be better. Responsive customer service. Delivery process is a blackbox and confusing but somehow it showed up reasonably quick.

Good product selection, etc but...
Good product selection and quick delivery at reasonable prices for hard to find spirits. There is an area of concern though, various discounts used to drive buyer interest are not allowed to be applied due to "lowest available price" restrictions, which would be fine if it were clearly identified up front. One particularly irritating example is the "refer a customer" offer, which becomes an issue only after one has REFERRED A CUSTOMER. This should be a customer acquision cost and technically not a discount at all.
