Front is the perfect tool for teams who want to collaborate on their emails. I especially love the feature that allows you to comment on an email, or to share a draft that you want your colleague to review before sending. Great tool!
We use front extensively in our organisation, it helps us so much. Great software.
Front has a great product that helps with team collaboration, efficiently handling customer requests, data/analytics for internal and external use and improving KPI's. They also have a solid support staff that readily makes themselves available when needed. Overall, I've been very pleased and impressed with their product offering and the team that they've hired to support our needs.
I love how this front program is setup especially for companies, its so easy with the tags assign to people and comments to stay organized and communicate effectively.
Overall Front has been a key ingredient to my teams effective communication around email. I'm still waiting/hoping for more options and features around sequences as that's a feature we use often. I don't think sequences have had much attention from product over the 4+ years I've used Front.

We've been using Front for years for our shared customer support email inboxes. Something like zendesk is way too much unused structure for our small team, and our customers just want to communicate via emails, not support tickets. Front keeps us sane and keeps our customer support emails organized in our team. Thanks Front!
I love FRONT, it keeps my workflow in tact and able to snooze while waiting for responses. It just keeps everything manageable and in communication with team members as well.
Excellent. I'd always used Outlook and it took a few weeks to get my head around Front but I'd never go back now.
Excellent for interoffice communication and teamwork. I think any business where you are working with more than one person on your team or group this is an extremely useful email platform. The ability to talk about a conversation via an IM format within the conversation is very beneficial for training and advising.
I will give you five stars in one condition.
Make that notification lighting bolt BIGGER or GLOWING when I receive new notification.
