I had to call your customer service in Italy myself (I live in the UK) to enquire about my order and to get updates. At no stage did I receive proactive communication from your side.
Additionally, I am disappointed that your response lacks any acknowledgment of the inconvenience caused or an apology for the poor service I have experienced.

I was vey impressed how fast and efficient shipping was!! Plus the prices were great for wonderful quality!! To be honest I was a little worried after reading some of the reviews but I decided to not let that deter my decision, especially working in customer service for many years knowing everything is not what it seem nor can certain situations be helped.

I was a bit hesitant at first to order from a site out of the US,however the prices kept pulling me in,especially with their promotion on perfumes from my wish list. I’d like to give ZERO stars
I’d like to give ZERO stars. Do not patronize this retailer. I placed an order on June 2 and paid for expedited 3 day shipping. FRmoda indicated they had a 10 day processing time for one of the items, which meant a total estimated delivery or 14-15 days. I reached out after 30 DAYS passed And asked what was happening. I was told that there was a supplier issue and it would be shipped 7/8. I asked could they refund the expedited shipping I paid for ? I was told they would only refund half ($10!) i was not happy but decided to wait and take the offer. It is now 7/9 and I still have not received confirmation that order was shipped. I asked for a refund and have no response to multiple emails sent since. I am very disappointed as I have ordered from multiple italian and other retailers and have not had such a horrible experience until now. I paid $169 of money I saved for items I do not have. Horrible experience please stay away.

After several intervening exchanges about the pending fragrance, the team cancelled her order and issued a refund.

I'm so glad I found this site. This is the 3rd time ordering some samples and a full bottle from them. They regularly have a 10% sale on their already lower prices, which is amazing!
Now, being in the UK, the shipping is quite steep, so just keep that in mind if you're in a similar situation. It's worth it though for the lower prices of the fragrances
