Freyara is a dropshipper
Freyara is a dropshipper - a company that sells products it doesn't make while holding no inventory. Instead, a third-party provider will ship their product. I made the mistake of ordering from them and immediately received a message from them claiming my product had shipped. It even contained a "shipping number" but didn't provide the name of the shipping company or any way of tracking this number. This allows them to decline a request for a refund because the product is "on its way", without any clarity over whether it has actually been shipped or is on its way. Who knows? Certainly not me and I doubt they do either. They are not responding to my urgent queries or being in any way useful, so I am guessing that they either don't know or just couldn't be bothered to care.
It's a disgusting business practice, a form of intermediation that adds cost and confusion but creates no value for humanity. I feel incredibly stupid for having allowed myself to be taken in by their claims to be based in Germany.
As a note, Freyara have responded to my comment above asking for "more details" but not to any of my emails. It appears that they are concerned about their reputation but couldn't be bothered to serve their customers. Contacting my bank and cancelling payments.
As a further note, Freyara has repeatedly messaged me directly offering me cash incentives to revise my review. Any positive statement about the company should be viewed in that light - they are seriously dodgy.

Suspicious and dishonest company that sells faulty products
This company, Freyara, is a China based business that lies on their website. I purchased a machine for £595, which did not work, and I documented that fact in the video to Duan Suri who represents Freyara. According to the website: If you are not satisfied with your order, you may return your item within 30 days, you will be refunded all you paid. This is NOT TRUE. Duan asked me to declare the return value at £20. I cannot do that as I wouldn't get the full refund if the parcel got lost. I declared the genuine value but he is now not accepting the return of the parcel due to me declaring the genuine value. Please stay away from this extremely suspicious and dishonest company that sells faulty products. I'm reporting this to the UK consumer protection organisations too.

I bought a Dr pen M8 less than 9 months ago but now it doesn’t work. I emailed the company but they have been asking many emails to prove them that pen has faulty. Finally I got a pen with out box and usb charger. I informed them and they are going to send me a charger.
